An initial estimate took months to receive, and significant changes were made along the way without prior approval, resulting in costs far exceeding what was originally discussed. Communication and documentation were ongoing concerns, and we ultimately had to spend additional time and money addressing issues after the boat was returned. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend getting a detailed written contract and clear change-order process in place before proceeding.

I was able to pick up the car about two hours after drop-off. When I walked up to the car, everything was beautiful. Superior Marine really looks after your car, they spend time caring for it and they treat you with respect. I won't hesitate to take my car here in the future and I'll definitely refer others to do the same. Stop sending your car to the automatic car washes and the overpriced Downtowner's where they put your car on a conveyor belt and don't give you or it any attention. Bring your car here instead!

The prices the quality of work but mostly the excellent communication and follow up by Sherry and the staff at Gulf Marine. After all of the work was completed on our boat they graciously let us drive our 44 foot 5th wheel close to their docks so we could move onto the boat. Then all of the staff including the 70 year old GM in 100 degree heat started moving our boxes and bags of home goods onto the boat and we didn't even ask! I don't know if we could have done it in a day with out them but it was truly amazing and incredibly kind of the Gulf Marine team. We will always return here for our maintenance needs it just does not get better then this.

Well, the accent line must not have been primed correctly as it has already shown through the black with only about 30 miles of cruising and one bottom cleaning. We had also wanted an outside rail reattached in a couple of spots. We were told that they would have to take the inside salon walls off to complete that - needless to say we declined it and fixed it ourselves when we got back to home port with some heavy duty anchors and screws. We also wanted a little fiberglass work done on a vent housing. They're fiberglass guy was very unenthusiastic and quoted us $3000. Again, we declined the service. We are now having it repaired for $625. BEWARE! Rhonda S.

He came and did a FANTASTIC job and an extremely reasonable price. He worked tirelessly on our Sea Ray making it look brand new! Why wouldn't you have do your boat detailed......you take your car to a carwash? We couldn't be more impressed with Steve's professionalism and his attention to detail! (No pun intended)

In the nine plus years we have stored our boat at this location, we have gone through three other managements; and all of those services were inconsistent , lacking professionalism, and quality costumer service was extremely erratic. We especially appreciate the service department's communication and how clean our boat looks after the work has been completed. Plus..... the hoses are always present and functional!!!! Our boat was damaged in IAN so i took it to Walkers for repair of Gelcoat, powdercoat and electronics connections. The repairs were supposedly completed 6 weeks later. I showed up late in the day to pick up the boat by water. The boat was absolutely filthy even though I was told it was washed. The electronics were not repaired, the powder coat repairs were further gouged and scuffed by the "cleaning" crew. I reached out to Kim the service manager with no replies. I then spoke with management who assured me they would come to my home for the repairs which never happened. I was forced to hire another company at my cost. I disputed the charges by walkers with Capital One to no avail because walkers argued it. They are dishonest and it was theft in my opinion. NEVER USE WALKERS!!

After living in Florida for years, we decided to take full advantage of what our area has to offer…read moreand get a boat. After much research, we decided on a Bayliner Element. The closest Bayliner dealer to us was York Road Marine. We drove over to check out what they had. Everyone at the marina was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had a nice selection of Element's in stock to choose from and asked the right questions to ensure we were getting a boat that was a good fit us. We selected a boat and came to an agreement. There was never any pressure. We picked up the boat a few days later. Everything was ready: registration, service, Coast Guard Kit, etc. We did a walk-around to go over features and requirements. It had been many years since our last boat, so nothing was taken for granted and overlooked. We even launched the boat and went out for a tutorial on water safety, navigation and other requirements. Needless to say, we were extremely comfortable going out on a "cherry" voyage the next day. Thank you Tom Papesh and crew2 for a wonderful buying experience!
