I don't burn candles in my house because of what it can do to my wall, so I just use electric warmers. But, they have many options to use in place of them. I bought several warming tarts and a new twist room fragrance item. I just opened that...testing it out. The employees were very friendly. Even though I didn't care to hear their conversation about the pop machines in the mall, they were there when/if anyone needed help. In fact, they helped me get a discount I didn't originally qualify for. I bought an item that would have been $5 if I bought so much, but I didn't have enough. Right after I checked out, I saw something in the corner for a friend's Christmas present. An assistant manager and employee took the time to return all my items and ring them up again with the new so I could get it. Very nice. I also signed up for the email coupons while I was there. I don't know if I'll be back often as I live an hour away, but if I'm there, I will stop. So happy to find one relatively near, though!

This is a great store. They always have my favorite candle which is fresh rose. They have changed…read morethe name of it over the years. Used to be just Rose, then True Rose and now Fresh cut Roses. Doesn't matter what they call it. Still smells like roses. Got Two of them, one for the living room and one for the dining room. They fill my home with the smell of roses and to me that is very relaxing. Walmart has Yankee Candles at about half the price but don't have the Rose candle.

I was having a hard time visualizing how all of my little ideas would come together on the big day and after my first meeting with Jen, I instantly knew that it was all going to be beautiful. I showed Jen pictures of what I like and she was able to come up with a plan that was absolutely perfect. We needed to postpone our wedding and change the venue due to COVID and she was very accommodating and reassuring that everything would work out - and it did! My daughter's wedding was last weekend, and her feet still have not touched the ground. Before she set a date, we called Monet Floral to make sure that THEY would be available. Her sister's wedding in 2008 was a fabulous demonstration of how daisies could elevate the somewhat austere ballroom of the La Crosse Center. Daughter #2 knew that the venue would be different, but she hoped for the same drama and artistry that only Monet could deliver. And boy, did they deliver. Ben and Pat have led the team for as long as I can remember, and working with them is a dream. "Creative" and "full service" is only the start. Because of their years of experience, they have established working relationships with most of the vendors in town, which makes planning SO MUCH easier. Ben was endlessly patient with us as we had to plan, postpone, and pivot due to the virus. He was able to incorporate the bride's love of candlelight and roses, along with her very personal color palette and her custom logo. The results were STUNNING. She could not have been more pleased, and she commented that the floral design met or exceeded any display that she has seen in New York City. The staff at Monet worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, and together they were able to put all the pieces in place with very little direction from us. Brian, on staff at the shop, was quick to volunteer to help, and he was able to use his own personal tools to add to the ambiance. Summer has been a valued designer for a long time, and her attention to detail and artistry are legendary. Patrick sourced foliage from his own garden to help out with a project at the last minute. They are able to source rental items to supplement their already ample inventory of staging pieces. They sought input from us and were receptive to my daughter's ideas, but were very capable of forging ahead without a lot of direction when the actual day approached. The flowers were carefully chosen and were of such high quality that I am still enjoying many of the stems. Ben was able to use silk flowers that I had collected to keep them out of the landfill, for we both are all for recycling and re-using whenever possible. As an artist, he maintained the beauty of all-fresh flowers in the reception area, but used the artificial stems for outdoor embellishments, where closeup scrutiny was not an issue. The staff did all of the delivery and setup in the short time they had, no small feat, considering that there were MULTIPLE weddings scheduled for the venue. They really must have worked quickly. I cannot think of any floral design group ANYWHERE that could do a better job. I could not recommend them more highly.

I had a really disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works today. I came in to exchange an item…read morebecause I didn't like the scent. Since I ordered it online, I didn't initially have my receipt with me, but I explained that it could be looked up through my order. I was told I couldn't return it without a receipt, so I went and got my ID and even pulled up my online receipt showing the exact item and price. When I came back, I was immediately told again that I couldn't return it before anyone even asked if I had my ID or looked at the receipt I had pulled up. Eventually they did process the return, but only after I had to explain their own company policy and push the issue. The part that made the experience worse was the attitude -- while one employee was ringing me up, other employees were talking and looking over in a way that made it feel like they were talking about me. In the end the return was completed, but the way I was treated throughout the process was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customers shouldn't feel judged or dismissed when trying to do a simple exchange, especially when they have proof of purchase.

Their website is easy to navigate and they have Standard, Deluxe, and Premium options. The Standard option is what's pictured on the website. If you order by 11am you can get same-day delivery. I haven't had any issues with delivery and all the bouquets have been beautiful! My favorite part about Cottage Garden Floral is that they email you a picture of your arrangement before it's delivered, so you actually get to see what it looks like. There is a $9.95 delivery fee and an option to tip online. They also have add-ons such as balloons, chocolates, candy, and stuffed animals.
