This area is the shopping district with local New Zealand mom & pop shops, small restaurants & coffee shops & a mall. Farmers is in every city that we visited. Went looking for a suitcase they are sold out. I went to the cosmetic counter for a sun screen moisturizer, it was 2x the price that I pay at home.
