I booked an appt here for my partner, after a good friend highly recommended the place (he actually recommended Roxy but anyways). Roxy didn't have any availability so I chose someone else from the website. Everything was fine, and we left for the appt with extra time. We ran into a major accident, and called to say we'd be about 5 minutes late. The person on the phone said that it was no problem and they'd see us soon. We got there 9, NINE minutes later instead of 5, and when we tried to check in at the desk the barber who we booked the appt with said he wouldn't see my partner and that we now owed a $20 late fee. Sorry what? He then told us 5 minutes would've been fine, 7 sure, but 9 was unacceptable. Their website says re their CANCELLATION policy, NOT late, "If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so no less than 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel after the 2 hour requirement, you may be charged the $20 no show fee. You can cancel online or call us at..." So it's $20 if you CANCEL. We did not, we were told he would not take my partner AND we had to pay the $20. The website's late fee policy says "If you are going to be a few minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please call the shop immediately. Because Noble Wolf Barbers is an appointment based business, and depending on how late you are, your appointment may need to be rescheduled", and we did just that. We called immediately. I understand it's a busy shop and the barber had other clients, but this was downright ridiculous and he was extremely rude about it all. I paid the $20, we left and will not be returning. The barber also wasn't wearing a mask in a busy shop that's on the small side, when it's a statewide mandate that you must in public . I only gave 2 stars because whomever answered the phone was very nice. I was and am so disappointed and angered by this, and was really looking forward to having a place for haircuts again. read more

I've been going to Roxy for over a year now and I absolutely love her! Her shop is so nice and comfortable and she cuts my hair exactly how I like it every time. She always asks me what I want done with it before we start, and always makes sure I like it before I leave her chair. She also makes a point to tell me if something is bugging me at all or if the hair around my ears/neck bugs me to just stop by and she'll clean it up for me in between cuts! I've been going to Baca for 2 years, and there's no one else in Vegas I would trust more. Not knowing how your hair is going to turn out can be stressful, but it's awesome to be able to come in, get a cut that always looks great, and know that I never have to worry if the man-behind-the-scissors is going to get it right or mess it up - he has the hardest job since I always get the same cut, but he gets it right every darn time. First off...cut was great...however they communicate the pricing poorly. When you book online the pricing is very obviously $60 for a haircut/Beard trim with baca.. this was my FIRST visit here. . After the cut is finished baca then says the cut will be $75(haircut/beard trim) ..$15 dollars over what I booked thinking would be a $60 for haircut/beard trim. . Definitely was not happy about that. . Noble wolf looked extremely promising for my wife and I. We booked an appointment and ran into traffic. We called ahead of time informing them that we would be slightly late. We were told that it's ok. Upon arrival, we were told that we were penalized and needed to pay a "no show" fee and rebook. The barber we booked with told us he couldn't work my hair because we were ten minutes late. I get being too busy to accommodate someone being late, but he insisted we pay the no show fee. This individual couldn't have possibly cared less. I try not to leave horrid reviews because of an employee. I run a small business and it's hard to get good people. However, this person gave us a laundry list of reasons why ten minutes was unacceptable. He said, "had it been seven minutes, I can work with that, but ten minutes is too much." The entire conversation took place with his mask on his chin and him looking at his phone or point of sale system. If you want to get your hair cut here, pray that you never run into traffic because even if you call, it won't matter. I've rarely seen an adult be so disinterested in clients. read more

If you're looking for expert barbers who know exactly what they're doing, this is the place. There is not a barber in the building who is anything less. My favorites are Natalie and Baca. Those two are simply incredible. They care about their clients and make sure they leave looking incredible and feeling good. I usually see Natalie who does an incredible job. Today, I saw Baca because I had a deadline to meet and couldn't wait for Natalie to become available. I'm glad I did though. I found out just how incredibly talented Baca is. I came out of there with an incredible haircut and an awesome beard trim and shaping. Lalo at Noble Wolf is suuuuuuper dope and talented! I've gone to him twice for a fade and each time he kills it and I leave with a clean ass haircut.
