I have never had such a great nail place before. I have been going to Noble for a little over four years now and I've never had a bad experience. Steven does my nails well every time I'm in, wether I'm being picky or I've ruined my cuticles. I can always trust my nails are going to look great because if there is an issue these guys will fix it right away. They are all very nice people here and I highly recommend. Gave me an appointment for the following day at 7pm. I showed up. They were closed and the sign on the door stated they closed at 8pm.

Noble Nails left my nails and Everest's like this after we asked them before they started painting our nails about the complaints we were having, they cut our nails too short and we're over charging us. They were going to charge Everest $60+ for a non shellac set and they were going to charge me $55 for mine when their prices on their board says they charge $35. They began to yell at us when we confronted them at the end about how we were not going to pay because they did not do what we asked for. So, they said if they weren't going to pay they were going to remove our nails, which we didn't mind. But they came over to us with nail clippers and began clipping the acrylics off and they were hurting us as well in the process of the "removal." Prior to this incident another set of people complained about how they did not get what they asked for and how the staff made fun of the pairs feet. The experience was beyond unprofessional. Yesterday I paid for a manicure and a full set and I couldn't be more disappointed. When it came to my pedicure the woman working on me was in a huge hurry that she didn't scrub my feet or cut my nails UNTIL I had to ask. When she did cut my nails they ended up coming out uneven and she was rough, the whole experience was painful. The man working next to her could even see the pained expression on my face. When the pedicure was all said and done she tried putting my sandals on my feet... right after she put on the top coat. When I declined and told her my toes were still wet, she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed some disposable flipflops. Rude. Not putting shoes on wet toes should be a given. So the beginning of my nail process was just the same, rushed. As she was gluing my nails on she would rush to my next finger before the glue was even dried on the first nail. There were three separate times I had to tell her my nail was off and needed to be fixed. Then she finally started cutting my nails shorter. I told her two separate times I need my nails short because I have a very hands on job. After the second time of me telling her shorter she just straight up ignored me and cut them to the length she wished. I didn't even know how to confront the issue without making a scene. I am just so upset with the way I was treated and how everything turned out. When it came to her filing my nails she acted like my input was unimportant and wrong. My nails are different lengths and widths from her pure lack of care. My nails have "air bubbles" underneath and look like they have been worn and torn even though I just got them done. I just can't. This place was such a huge disappointment. I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to get her nails done here. Waste of my hard earned money. read more

Horrible experience. Went for a manicure and they got polish all over. Asked for my daughters nails to be painted. They didn't clip her nail... they peeled it off. They also didn't even take off old polish. They just painted over existing and charged $10. She left in tears. I could have done a better job at home myself. Wont be going back. THE WORST NAIL SALON I'VE BEEN TO YET! By far the worst pedicure I've ever had. The lady was horribly rude and very aggressive. She cut me in the corner of my nail and I started bleeding after I left the salon. I paid $60 for a shellac pedicure that was worth $10 if that. I had no sort of massage or anything like that either. So I went to get my nails done and she charged me $65 and would not allow me to pick the size and length I wanted it was pretty ridiculous I wanted them longer than she gave me and she said I was a boy in boys shouldn't have long nails very very disrespectful and rude customer service very discriminating didn't realize I was Vietnamese and talked about me saying that boys shouldn't be wearing nails would not recommend to go here. read more

Recently moved to Columbus , causally thought I would give Pedicure a Try at Noble Nails . Definitely a big mistake. I should have read the reviews before visiting . I've been treating myself to pedicure close to 10 years now and never had a pedicure which was less than 15 mins . Even my basic regular pedicure would last close to 40 minutes . Truly a waste of money not waste of time as it was less than 15 mins . Never going here again very disappointed. read more

This place is awesome. Everyone is so polite and you don't have to wait to be attended. If you make an appointment they will honor that and you will get your nails done at that time unlike other places in this town! Prices are great for the services offered. Nice clean facility. read more

I walked for a mani and pedi. The place was empty so they were able to get me in. The nail tech seemed rushed which is always frustrating especially when there was no one else waiting. My pedicure was fine, but I am very dissatisfied I paid $30 for essentially nail polish. She removed my old nail polish and began to put the gel on. My cuticles were not touched and the gel was put on haphazardly. Very disappointed as who I assume is the owner was very professional. read more

I was visiting Columbus and needed my nails done because I broke the thumb nail down low and it hurt. Compared to the service I get in my home state, this was a complete disaster. The woman who worked on my nails did not repair my thumb, it needed a tip on it and she refused to add one. She did not cut or trim any of my nails and only applied one coat of gel. Hooks of gel were left on the underside of the nails, one so bad that it forced me to walk back inside to have it filed off. Skip Noble Nails and save $30, a complete waste of money. read more

the quality of this place has definitely gone bad. i used to love it. now when i went the guy did a completely different shape than i asked for. he didn't even ask me how long i wanted them, he just made them as short as he wanted. i came here for long, pretty nails and left with short, disappointing nails that made me cry. i'm currently trying to file the shape so it's not just money down the drain, but they're too short for salvaging. they're also extremely crooked and uneven. i usually just go to crystal or diva nails and decided to give this place one last try. never again. read more
