Noble House is now open every day of the year, perhaps with the exception of Christmas Day, although, it may even be open then as well!? They used to be closed on a Tuesday, but have recently opted to open seven days a week, including bank holidays, (but I'm unsure whether bank holidays are the same as national holidays... please enlighten me if you know the difference).
Whatever the case, Noble House is open more often than it used to be, and this is a good thing! They make fantastic food, whether it be Cantonese, Peking style or Thai. One of my disappointments is that they don't do Pad Thai, but they do all of my favourite Chinese meals, like Duck and Pineapple for £4.60, which is reasonable, and cheaper than a lot of other places, and the boiled rice is £1.80, making it at the more expensive end of the scale. Chicken with Cashews is £4.30. All the Duck dishes are £4.60, and all the chicken are £4.30 (with one exception: Lemon Chicken at £4.40 which comes with two chicken breasts), beef dishes tend to be £4.40, unless you order the fillet steak options, which are priced at £6.50. Seafood dishes are all £4.60, and pork dishes are £4.30. Fantastic!
They also do well priced set meals, Curries, Foo Yung, Chop Suey, Chow Mein, but no Dim Sum. They have 173 different items on their menu, so we'll forgive them the Pad Thai and Dim Sum!
