I have made their kits and they are great. If a novice like myself can make wine, then they are doing something right. They actually make their own kits, ask them about their guarantee, you can't beat it! They treat their customers with a little extra.

I had to stop in, checking out possibly picking it up myself as a hobby. It's a clean little shop.. with plenty of kits to get you going on your own wine, beer or even pop/cola apparently. The lady at the front desk was very chatty, and pleasant. She was able to explain the whole process and exactly what I would need to do it all. Even was able to give me a rough price tag for the whole operation. They also offer a loan system of sorts, that allows you try out certain products before you put down a chunk of change on anything. Great little shop, with plenty of expertise.

Kim sang happy songs when I was upset by her suggestion; she yielded to me when I took the 3 boxes out of the store, and she told me she doesn't care whether I would upload her audio in my review or not. BUT, I CARE!!!!!!! I have already had enough, I don't want to hear that again. The Cider which could bring us joy and happiness now turns into the ugly face of Kim, the manager of this store, and the reminder of the racism I got from her. What else can I say?!

They carry some of the top lines. Selection, which runs about $160.00, however is mostly grape juice, so not a lot of water to add. Also it actually comes with grape skins. So this is like a Vineyard in a Box. I use to make wine, this was a great deal. I was actually contemplating, do I want to start back into this again. The selection here was great, the staff were nice, I spoke with Matt Conrad, he knows his stuff, go pick his brain if this is something you are contemplating. What caught my eye, was the wine glasses. I bought these great wine glasses. Bormiolle Rocco, 6 glasses, 82cl, 27 3/4 oz, Crystal for $25.00. A Great Deal! Huge is the word to use here. Now Matt told me, that one full bottle of wine would fit into one glass. Hmm, I have not tried yet, but it is a challenge that I will take. First I will have to find one large straw, or a wine partner. lol But according to google, 750 ml = about 26 ounces. Wow, that is amazing. Who knew I can now hold a full bottle of wine in my glass.
