We were starving and it was recommended that we check out Portobello. We were greeted immediately as we walked in and guided to our table. It was very clean and nice and warm inside. While neither of us spoke Polish, our waitress was patient and helped us with a few questions we had. The food was spectacular! Loved every bit of what I got (just wished the portions were larger). On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd go back again, absolutely. But, I'm going to check out other options on my next visit...there's so much to explore!!

When asked to take something off the dish to make it vegan I was told "not when we're this busy". It's a revolting response when you charge through the roof for average food. Excruciatingly slow service, most of the tables which arrived later got served before us. We ordered a simple pizza, grilled veggies and fries - took half an hour and wasn't all that. Stay waaay away from this crap establishment.

We walked right up and were greeted with a big smile from a sweet young lady named Karla. She turned out to be our server too! She guided us thru the menu and we chose the filet steak and a Cesar Chicken sandwich. Starting with a couple of vodkas the food came out quickly and we just couldn't believe how good it was. Tammy the Tornados Filet steak was seasoned just right and cooked to a perfect medium rare. My chicken sandwich was literally the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Karla was the kind of server you only dream about having. Hats off to whoever owns Portobello. You run a top notch restaurant and hire the best people! Now, to stray off course for a minute.
