I could let go of the need to control, knowing she indeed had my best interest in mind. I couldn't believe how responsive she was. When she involved her team, she remained in the loop in a 3-way chat; she remained my main point of contact, never disappearing and giving my project to someone I didn't know. I appreciated that either she, or her team, returned my calls and texts in a very timely manner, regardless of the time. If we were both up late, we would talk, even if it was 10pm. I LOVED her team. They were all properly introduced to me and each one explained their part in the process. Jeannette Twachtmann did a fantastic job of staging my condo; she created such a beautiful scene that I almost hated to leave. Taylor Stratton was instrumental in coordinating and communicating between seller and buyer's teams. All in all, one of the best experiences in condo sales. Much better than the fiasco I experienced 5 years ago with another Agency. Thank God for Heidi Joy!
