Me finding Joe Benincasa's State Farm office is a great example of the powerful tool that Yelp is…read more Almost no local insurance agency's have any yelp reviews, so when I saw Joe's office in Farmingdale with 5 stars and a handful of reviews i was pleased. I received a quote for our first home and was advised by colleagues that you don't purchase home insurance because its "cheap". You purchase a good home insurance that provides great "value" instead, and I just happened to get both here at State Farm. I was aided by Andrea who was professional, responded to all emails (and I sent a whole lot of them, so thank you) almost immediately and processed all paperwork quickly. She even contacted my mortgage people and handled all that for me. Buying a house and everything that goes along with that is a hair graying experience, and with Andrea's phenomenal help at this State Farm office my stress level was greatly reduced. The quotes were so good I decided to bundle up all auto insurances with my home insurance (which i was against earlier on) to save even more money. I'll update this review after I've moved in, or if i ever god forbid have to make a claim, as this office is your point of contact for everything you need moving forward. Keep doing what you do guys, reach out to Joe or Andrea and let them know Danny Sood sent you, they'll take good care of you.

Keep up the good work, Frank.
