The biggest steak is the 1kg on the menu but way to much for me! I had the 400 new yorker which was more than enough! Overall verry suprised that this cafe is in the midde of nowhere, but its woth the drive! Not a big wine list but they will do.. Cuz id rather had a spanish or agentinian wine with it. Well-cooked, good on herbs & spices without losing the meat taste. The side dishes (fries, stuffed potato, salad) we chose were simple but good, but let's face it, it's all about the meat here, and they did a really good job on that! Not only did they have amazing ribs but eating them in Amsterdam in the middle of a village (across the street was a house that had goats in the front yard which was an added surprising bonus). Staff was super friendly, they don't get many tourists there so the menu was in Dutch. They sat with us and went through the menu and kept checking in to make sure we were ok. Overall it was one of the highlights of our trip.
