They work with my insurance seamlessly and co payment are the most legitimate in my experience .. now my son "28" is a cash payer and they have plans to get his dental needs taken care of and will work with him on payment . Now I have always feared going to the dentist but finding this place and so close to home is a major thumbs up . I have had zero problems or pain during my visits and I am getting things done and catching up on the negligence from my end . Dr. Kim and her staff are great. Very friendly and all smiles. Beautiful smiles too!!! The office is very nicely decorated and has a comforting feel about it. Dr. Kim does the cleaning herself. She is very thorough. She explains all the X-rays and concerns she may have in a very kind and professional manner. I have avoided going to the dentist because I do not have insurance and I was embarrassed of the condition my teeth are in. Both Dr. Kim and Sharie made me feel very comfortable. They did full X-rays and picture images of my teeth and explained why certain things would need to be done. Sharie followed up with the polishing of my teeth. Sadly, I need to have a lot of work done that is rather costly. I did get a second opinion and NOA Dental prices are very fair. I joined their NOA dental plan and the cost of my work went from over $12,000 to a little over six. When I get my finances in order and a couple holidays pass I will definitely book the appointments for the much needed work that has to be done. I highly recommend Dr. KIM at NOA dental. Dr. Kim and her staff are great. This is a small office and everyone is very friendly, so you get to know one another over time. The office is always very clean and the equipment they use is very current. I went in for a cleaning today and the office protocols for COVID-19 are great. Your temperature is checked, the waiting room offers social distancing, and there are newly installed UV light fixtures in every room that are run to clear the place of all bacteria and viruses. DO NOT GO HERE!! I showed up and no one was at the front desk to check me in. I rang the bell and still no one came to help me for 30 minutes! Finally a random man walked to the front and said they'll be with you in 5 minutes then sat there and played on the computer. Then dr Kim popped her head out and said she needed 5 more minutes and took another 15. I waited over an hour to be seen. It was just a checkup but I won't be going back with a wait like that. So I want to start by saying I rarely write a bad review... but, this has been the most excruciating two weeks of my life. I went to NOA because it's close to my house and dentist does the cleaning herself, total plus. Unfortunately after two babies I needed x rays which showed I needed three small fillings and I should get a deep groove filled too. I decided to get it fixed even though I had zero pain. During my appt I was numbed top right, and both bottom left and right, so numb I felt like I might swallow my tongue. I felt the drilling was aggressive... also, dentist seemed irritated at assistant grabbing tools and redirecting the light and assistants hand to get her in a different spot, it was awkward but I figured she may be new. While I was numb she added another cavity to be filled- totaling 5 fillings in one sitting. Anyways, I suffered in severe pain for a week before I went back to ask what was going on. When I went back she took more xrays and discovered two of the cavities were filled so big that they are now touching the nerve. Remember , I had been told they were small... that's what pissed me off. So I decided to go back to my old dentist who never caused me pain after any fillings or root canals, he looked at the xrays and took his own and just was shaking his head at the work that was done. All in all, I'm still in excruciating pain and waiting to see if it gets better, but I'm expecting to need multiple root canals done now. On top if it my jaw has started slightly swelling. I hope no one else experiences this. Sorry for the bad review but I wish I had been able to read this before I tried NOA out. read more

I was in need of a new dentist since I'm new to the area. After doing some research, I decided to go with Noa Dental because of the great reviews and because it's so close to home. I must say I was impressed with how kind and professional Dr. Kim and her staff is. They took the time to sit with me and review my treatment plan instead of just telling me "this is what you need, it'll be this much". My impression is that everyone at Noa Dental cares about the patients and they want them to be as comfortable as possible. They called me a few days after my deep cleaning to see how I was doing. I called and the front desk asked me for my social which was not happening! So I make a cleaning appointment and ask what was include she told me a x-rays and fluoride. I asked the price she skated around it until I told her I needed to know before I came in. She put me on hold and came back with 79.00 for cleaning and 99.00 if i wanted whitening trays. I told her I would do a basic cleaning. She also told me about a 99.00 in house 30% off services discount. When I arrived I waited for about 12 minutes before I was seen. I went to the back with a brand new person who was uncomfortable with doing x-rays. She took a couple x-rays and then she pressed on my neck and cut of my air supply omg it was crazy! So, then I was placed with Lynette I believe. This is where is gets good! Lynette saves this whole day she was so personable and such a joy. She buffed and shined me after the doctor scraped my teeth a little. I have a thyroid issue and they do not have anything to cover it while doing x-rays. I will have to go to another place for x-rays. I will not do anymore x-rays there until they can cover it. I am very uncomfortable with that fact that I had to expose my thyroid but Lynette tried her very best to accommodate me. (UPDATE: I went in today June 26, 2018 it was explained that there is no thyroid shield for the Panorex machine that they use for ortho x-rays but when you use the x-rays in the chair in the room they have a shield.) The doctor gave me two fillings. When I left I was in serious pain in my jaw and temple. I thought about going to the E.R because I have had fillings before but never this pain. I went online and typed it in and called the office and they said it should go away. I was not able to eat for the day but the pain did subside after about 6 hours. It was a rough fast experience. I bought the 99.00 in house insurance and paid 111.00 and 144.00 for my fillings. I asked for a print out about what I get for the in house insurance and the front desk didn't have one. So all I know is 30% off services but Invisalign is not included. I arrived at 10 a.m had fillings and a couple impressions done I had to leave at 12:30 so I had to come back for cleaning and the rest of the impressions at 3.pm. I was happy to get it all done but it was a long day. I left at 5p.m. Let's go back one second when the front desk person came in to talk about the deep cleaning option she told me I have to get deep cleaning because I have an infection. I was so scared my heart started racing I took out my phone and asked her what kind of infection do I have? I wanted to look it up then she said "Im sorry the food under your gums can cause infection" That was extremely weird because now Im thinking you just want me to spend extra money! She seemed to notice my fears and frustration and she called the doctor to explain. Needless to say, I don't have an infection and deep cleaning is suggested. You don't have to! It is 600 bucks for 4 quads. I came in inquiring about Invisalign. After seeing all the before and afters I decided to go with the power box option. They are clear braces that only take 6 months. I gave a 1,000 down payment and will pay 400 a month in total paying 4500. The Invisalign was 4700. I would have shopped around more but I am really pressed for time. I will get started in about 3 weeks the doctor explained that she needs time to make a plan and design for my braces. I am so ready to get started but i have to wait! The doctor was quick, no nonsense,very busy but tried her best not to make me feel rushed lol! I really felt sorry for her I wanted to jump in and help lol. I recently moved to Valencia & was looking for a new dentist. My old dentist is in Orange Co. Way too far. I got a postcard in the mail & decided to make an appointment. When I came to the office I was very pleased. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating. They made me feel very welcome. The office was not only beautiful, but everything was so modern & up to date. Dr. Kim showed me my teeth & x-rays on the TV screen. This place is great! I found it in the Santa Clarita Magazine and thought I'd try it out. I ABSOLUTELY love it! The staff is very friendly and stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule.
