We had our kitchen cabinets painted by this company. At first glance, the cabinets looked good, but…read morethe quality did not hold up under closer inspection. Upon closer review, we noticed several flaws and areas that were not properly addressed. After we initially reported issues such as a cabinet door being re-installed backwards, paint on the floor, and missed spots, Mr. Hernandez promptly sent his crew back out to correct them. We appreciated the quick response at that time. Unfortunately, we have since identified additional areas needing attention, and despite assurances, those issues have not been addressed. Mr. Hernandez has not responded to my husband's most recent message, which has been disappointing. We also never met Mr. Hernandez in person, even though he mentioned he would be present at the start of the job. Juan and Geronimo, the crew members who worked in our home, were respectful and professional throughout the process. That said, the overall attention to detail falls short, despite the cabinets looking "good" at a glance. The last three photos highlight unresolved issues, and the remaining show what required correction after our initial request for Mr. Hernandez's team to return.

What clenched it initially for us was how responsive they were and professional. Collins one of the managers came out to give us our quote and clearly was an expert in his field and answered all of our questions. Throughout the process they kept us informed despite coordinating the job before our move from across the country. They did such excellent work on the exterior that several of our neighbors are now getting their houses painted by them. After completion the service did not stop there. We met with Tyler the lead on our project who sent painters out to fix any areas of concern. We also replaced the columns and stained them ourselves and they touched up the white paint for us free of charge! You won't be disappointed by choosing Capital City Painting.

James visited our home to provide us with the estimate. He was very professional, punctual, and very easy to get along with and talk to. He made sure he understood what we were looking for. After the painting job was completed, he followed up with me to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. The painters really took their time to ensure that everything was taped up and covered to ensure that paint did not drip where it did not belong. The painters were very kind and courteous and worked diligently. They were always on time and didn't seem to be bothered by our two dogs running around.
