I told her I needed to consult with the lawyer regarding purchase contract laws in California. She said she'll relay my inquiry to Atty. Simons and I should get a callback on Monday since their office was already closed for the day. After an hour though, Atty. Simons called me back. We spoke on the phone for about less than 10 minutes but within those 10 minutes, he was able to answer all the legal questions that I had and thoroughly explained what I need to do in regards to my situation. He was very helpful and attentive to what I had to say. I'm so thankful I called his office this late Friday afternoon. If this is how he treats prospective clients, I have no doubt he treats his own clients even better. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for some legal advice. Thank you again, Atty. Look, if you're considering reaching out, we all know it's not for an awesome reason. You don't need a hug, you need someone who handles stuff like the wolf in pulp fiction. If you get to work with Steven, know that you're dealing with a no nonsense "let's get it done" type. That's who you need My wife and I are both pretty sharp operators so I appreciated how straightforward and right to business he was. No pandering bs or patronizing "now how did we get here?" line of questioning. Don't get me wrong - he had A LOT of questions, as the process requires. But when we got the paperwork to move forward, we found out all of his questioning served a practical purpose - he had everything filled out already! And sweet summer child, thank the maker he did because that paperwork is formidable. I never would've had the patience or stamina to complete it alone. The best thing about working with Steven is how relatable he is. We had a bit of a piece of work overseeing our hearing. We watched the judge just piecing ppl apart left and right and were so nervous. Our turn. Resolve Law Group repped, we let out a sigh, read Steven's email sharing his candid thoughts and laughed! A word to the wise: Know your numbers. Who do you owe, what do you owe, where does your money come from, where does it go. if you've got those down, your consult and subsequent prices process will be **dolphin smooth** Also, hold your questions. it's kind of like a movie - a lot of them will be answered as you go along. Our matter was time sensitive and Steven handled it like it was overnight priority mail so we got the details, asked our questions, then simply followed directions. For us, it was a quick whirlwind process. You may have the luxury of time so my advice is to simp6 pay attention and get ish done. Thanks again RLG! Stress dreams, gone. Bank account, happy. Future prospects, looking very bright.

Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed in the representation I received. I relied on my attorney's professional knowledge to explain my options, protect my interests, and advise me about the potential financial consequences of the decisions being made. Looking back, I believe there were other avenues that should have been discussed with me that could have resulted in a very different financial outcome. The most troubling part of my experience was my meeting with the bankruptcy trustee. I expected my attorney to advocate for me, explain what was happening when necessary, and step in when my interests needed to be protected. Instead, he sat silently while I struggled through the meeting. I remember looking directly at him for help toward the end, hoping he would speak up or provide some guidance. He said nothing, and the trustee simply moved on to the next case. That moment has stayed with me because I hired an attorney precisely so I would not have to navigate a complicated bankruptcy proceeding alone. I paid for professional representation and guidance, and I do not believe that is what I received. The financial consequences to me were significant, and I am still dealing with them. On top of all these things they made me email them to say what the terms were going to be so when they didn't like what I said they made me redo my email. Not once did I speak with the attorney but his assistant only. Based solely on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this attorney for bankruptcy representation to ask detailed questions beforehand about what options will be explored, what assets may be at risk, and exactly how the attorney intends to advocate for you during trustee proceedings. I wish I had asked those questions before hiring this firm. I went through hell so you do not have to please find another law firm.
