AMAZING!! We have had our vehicles detailed numerous times and never experienced the quality of workmanship as Larry and his crew. From first contact, communication was responsive and professional. On the day of our full detail service we were updated on arrival time. Our Infiniti QX80 was in rough, road trip, kid infested shape. In a few hours, with four hard workers, it now looks Show Room Worthy!! Truly it looks new again. I didn't think it was an option to have our car look this fantastic! So I've use this auto detailing company in the past and they did an OK job. You will need to go over there work and have them touch up the spots they miss because they will miss spots. so I decided to use them again I started a week ago to make an appointment for the day before Veterans Day because we are going to pull a float in the Bakersfield veterans parade. So now it's the day they're supposed to be here, I even text them in the morning time to confirm the time when they will be here to clean my truck. They confirm around 2 o'clock so my trucks in the driveway my wife is waiting on them I'm at work and cannot answer the phone for some reason these guys decided they needed to confirm again before they leave their job to come to clean my truck even though we've already confirmed it twice. I'm at work when they call so I can't answer so they decide not to even show up,when I do get done with work and come home to find that my truck has not been cleaned I call them no answer. I call his worker no answer ,I send another text only to have him text me back, stating I did not answer the phone so there not going to show up. Here's a screenshot of how these guys do business. I was impressed. Larry detailed our Toyota Sienna today. We have 3 kids and it was a mess. I wasn't sure how much better it could look after having food thrown everywhere over the last couple of years. When he and his assistant finished, it looked like a car off the lot. I saw no stains and everything was like new. It's hard to choose good companies. I went with him because of his professionalism over the phone. He was very polite and professional and very accommodating. He also seemed grateful for the opportunity. He explained the process and even texted us before arrival. Also, the price was great! Two man crew spent over 2 hours on my vehicle. Older vehicle with worn paint so we just wanted to freshen up the interior before we passed car onto our son. I contacted No Limits Auto Detailing to get my SUV detailed and he did an okay job with this. It was mainly my interior that needed work as I had just purchased the vehicle and there was a strong smoke odor in it as well as dog hair which needed to be removed. He texted me on the day of confirming our appointment then came over with one helper and got right to work. He took care of the dog hair somewhat but made no difference to the odor! Took 3+ hours doing my car but I was disappointed that the areas which i needed were not actually done well during this time. I had to call them to come back again because they didn't get any pet hair out the first time and to see if they can fix the odor. And even after the second time, there was still quite a bit of pet hair left and no difference made for the odor. They did a good job cleaning the car otherwise and got dirt/stains off seats and such as much as they could which is why I'm giving them the 3 stars. If you don't have pets or odor issues and looking for a good hard wash itself then they're worth it for the price. read more
