I even suggested something that could be used like a diffuser with essential oils that were therapeutic but they refused. On top of that, they cancelled my membership without even telling me because I just got disgusted that they cared so little about harming their members until I asked one of them if they had a brain( after I tell them it is toxic). I should have said I see you do not have a heart.....poisoning members is not a kind thing to do. If they tell you it is not toxic.....I called the name on the machine they have out and they would not call me back when I asked if it was toxic....not a good sign.

Two yoga mats, kettle balls, free weights, ball weights & there's two sections for the children's, 1 years old and younger and then walking toddlers and up. A short walk from lodging make this ideal for the traveler to Kings Bay if not those permanently assigned as well.

I take advantage of the gym and a few of the workout classes. I've fell in love with two of the classes here. "The Body Shop" which is a awesome workout on everything. This is not some amateur class, and that s why I like it. It's held every Saturday morning at 830am. The Core class is my other favorite, it focuses on your core. Both classes are instructed by a little cutie name Irene. Please don't think she won't wear your but out, she is pretty vicious lol. Of course they have a pool, a full basketball court, and a female and male locker room. There's a schedule set for every day except for Sunday because they are closed. There's an attendant in the front if you have any questions about the memberships or summer programs for the kids!!!. Oh, I almost forgot, if you don't have a sitter, there's a daycare there for you to take your little ones while you workout!!. Pretty cool.

Only one ball park is legitimately maintained for sporting events. Most ballparks don't have bathroom facilities or even functioning lights for the ball field. The entire organization has a blatant issue with mismanagement of funds.
