The people working were very strange and not present most of the process. They just gave me keys and then got upset at me when i didnt park the truck perfectly on the side of the driveway. I also called for assistance multiple times and nobody was even at the office. read more

When I arrived at No Limit to return my Uhaul, there were two fellas standing right outside the return area who watched as I drove into the open gate because it said vehicle return. I was immediately met by a man who legitimately SCREAMED into my open window BACK UP! BACK UP! BACK UP! GET OUT OF HERE! I was very confused because the gate was wide open and there were people who did not tell me to stop driving. I tried to explain that I was sorry and I hadn't been here before and ask where I was supposed to be, and he just kept yelling BACK UP and MY DOG IS BACK HERE. As if I was supposed to know that. He gave me zero helpful information about where to go when I tried to ask for it. There was inadequate signage and when I was confused by it I was yelled at by an extremely angry and inconsolable employee. The manager came by to do the return and was very apologetic about this man's behavior, but I was left shaken up by that interaction because I said not one word before being ignored by two employees and screamed at by another for taking the truck to where all the other trucks were. Unbelievably bad experience for a ten minute interaction. I will never come back here. read more

By far, the worst franchise/office, for a company, I have ever been to. I picked up my rental van this morning and after mentioning that I'd return it tonight, the male employee told me that if my carrier is Verizon, I wouldn't be able to do the return via my phone because of cell service. He told me he'd send me a text with instructions on how to retrieve one of their phones, that he'd leave in the shed. When I was 20 minutes out, I sent him a text that I needed the instructions on accessing the shed. He sent a curt response to read his "text". I didn't get any sort of text with a link, or directions. I arrived at the site, parked the van on the side of the building he told me to and took pictures because he said he'd "charge me" if I didn't. Another customer pulled in after me. I asked her if she had the instructions on accessing the shed. She didn't. So she sent him a text asking where she should park and for access to the shed. Within 5 minutes this male employee shows up and starts yelling at us about being "incompetent", not knowing how to "follow directions". We both showed him our phones and that neither of us received any sort of text with directions, links or lock combinations. He then said that we both, 2. Customers that didn't know each other, were "fucking conspiring against him to make him come to the office after hours." He was screaming at us to give him the keys to the vehicles so he could find room to park them. When I moved my personal vehicle to make room for him, I pulled it against a curb, he told me to "park it in a spot, like a normal person". Had another customer not been there, I would have called the police for the aggressive way he was acting and making it impossible for me to return the rental. The fact I spent close to $150 infuriates me. I wouldn't rent from this place if the rental was free. They have a letter on their wall stating they are in the top 100 offices for U-Haul. U-Haul needs to reconsider that accolade. I didn't ask his name because I wanted to get away from him, but, I'm assuming he's at least an assistant manager and he also kept saying how he works "7 days a week". Don't waste your money renting from this place. Edit. The man I was dealing with, is the owner. You aren't allowed to leave your car on the premises. You need to leave it around the corner, which isn't in a great part of Fort Collins. I made a point of getting back before dark, for this very reason. And God forbid you walk Into the office if they are on the phone. They will ask you to wait outside until they get off. read more

Through No Limit Service I was put in touch with No Limit Lawns And Landscaping. I needed a dump haul. Shawn quoted me a very reasonable price. Showed up when he said he would (that's huge. So many people who do these kind of jobs don't even return your calls). I had a desk and chair that were broken up and needed to be taken away. He went right to work. When he was done I heard noise outside and he was shovelling snow and ice in my driveway. I am a widow and this ice was very dangerous but too tough of a job for me. He did that for free! Refused to be paid for it. Explained some reason why my driveway had so much water in it. Could not have been friendlier. I'm calling him in the spring to do landscaping. Highly recommended for dump runs. A+ for the customer service that went along with hauling my old furniture to the dump! read more

Hello, Today I called in and reserved a box truck from No Limit Services in Fort Collins, CO. We were told to be there at 1 pm to pick up the truck. We arrived and walked up to the door and it was locked. Another person who was waiting said they had been waiting for 45 min and another person had been waiting for an hour as they were having an issue with this company. I called the number on the door and before I could say hello the first words out of this guys mouth were "Go sit in your car and I will be out when I can". My mouth dropped seeing that this was the first thing he said. I asked him how long it would take given that the other people had been waiting a long time and he said he'd be out when he could because he was dealing with an issue. I explained that I had a reservation and we needed to be somewhere by a certain time and he didn't care. If it were not for the fact that they were the only one's who had a truck, I would have walked off right then. Once he felt it was time to help us which was 25 min later, he told us to come into the office. He then mentioned that he doesn't allow anyone into the office but he would make an exception. I was confused because it was one room so where else would I have given him my information to get the truck, the curb or maybe while I sat in my car waiting around. He then asked my daughter to lock the door because another customer was trying to come in as well which is understandable seeing that this is supposed to be a business. He said lock the door so that nobody else can get inside. He didn't even explain to this other customer that he'd be with them in a moment. He started talking about how busy of a day it was and his words were "It's been a busy day and now I have to deal with you. I haven't had any time to relax." Wow, I thought to myself and looked at my daughters. He then told me to open a window because he was hot. Is this guy serious. While getting my information I repeated my email address several times then he turned the laptop towards me and said it was incorrect. I had to explain to him that he needed to put an @ between the 23 and yahoo which he should have known. I gave him my license as requested and he asked for a second contact. I gave him my sisters name and number and said she may not answer since she was working, she is a nurse. She didn't answer so he asked me for a military ID or a passport. I am not in the military nor do I have a passport and I asked how either of those act like a second contact if it shows the same information as my license. He went on to to tell me that he is an asset to the company and not a liability then went on to tell me what that meant. I told him I am an accountant and know what that means and wasn't sure what that had to do with anything. He kept talking about it and repeated over and over how he is such an asset. Um, no, he is a huge LIABILITY!! When he went over pricing, he asked me how many miles I was driving and I wasn't sure. He didn't explain why he needed to know this and I thought I wasn't paying until I returned the truck so I asked him why and he snapped at me. I gave him a rough estimate and just wanted to run out of there. He gave me the price and I asked why it was so much so he showed me. I asked why there was a charge of $14.99 on there and he said I had selected insurance which I didn't. That should have been taken off. He then said he needed to go to his car and get a printer that he just bought at lunch which was another inconvenience or he could email me my contract. I told him to email me because I didn't want to spend any more time around him then I had to and we were already an hour past when we should have left due to his negligence and unprofessionalism. When we got outside to look at the truck, he asked me to pull up a link that was text to me to review the truck. He told me to look at the pictures and the truck to compare. How the hell am I supposed to see dents or scratches on a small picture and approve these. He told me I needed to zoom in. Well, no shit, but that still doesn't work because the picture becomes fuzzy. Once we left with the truck, I had to drive double the miles I expected because we had to meet the lady at another location since he took so long. When we returned the truck, I parked in front and I started to check it out via the link I was text just so I didn't have to deal with him. I walked up to the door to return the keys and he came out and said "you need to drive it to the back." My daughter was done with this guy and asked why he couldn't do it and he slammed the door. I drive the truck 50 feet to the back where he was waiting and he started asking me check-out questions when I kindly told him I was already doing. He then seemed annoyed yet again. From that point, we walked off. I am beyond mad about my experience today. It was a nightmare, unprofessional, rude and he is lucky he doesn't work for me as I would have fired his ass right then and there. read more

This store was NOT my choice to pick up my reserved UHaul trailer. I was "scheduled" to pick up the trailer at No Limit Service by a UHaul scheduler. I waited for over an hour with three other customers who were scheduled to pick up a UHaul rental at the same time. There was one employee there who was trying to check in customers while at the same time cleaning out the rental trucks. The store owner, Shaun Brewer, shows up and made matters much worse. Instead of working to help the employee and check in waiting customers or clean out equipment, Brewer just begins to yell and berate the employee in front of the customers. Brewer then proceeds to yell at the customers. I heard him cursing at two other customers who were trying to get their rental truck. I have never witnessed or been subject to such behavior by any business owner. This time was the first I have used UHaul. Not only will I NEVER rent from UHaul again. I will NEVER use No Limit Services for ANY services. UHaul needs to reconsider contracting services with No Limit Services or risk a damaged reputation. read more
