His No Leash Needed family is watching him grow :)
Maryanne K.

My dog The Dude simply loves this place. He seriously goes crazy when we pull up trying to get out of the car! Makes me laugh every time. Staff members are caring and treat him like he is their own dog and I feel completely safe leaving him there. The socialization he gets is amazing and I have them to thank for that. At first I felt guilty taking him somewhere during the day. Now I feel guilty when I don't lol! I'm so happy to have No Leash Needed Rock Hill. I would not go anywhere else!

Parker is having a blast at No Leash Needed!

The staff at No Leash Needed are amazing! My Parker is very shy and scared. They were very good with him and did not force him. The first day I had to pull him through the door, now he drags me to the door! They post plenty of pictures on their Facebook page each day. It is obvious how much he loves it by the photos. Just the fact that he lets them take a picture is proof that he feels safe with them. I appreciate that they are aware of health risks around the area. They immediately had a notice about the influenza outbreak near Chicago on their door and Facebook page. Also, when you make a reservation online, there is a question asking if your dog has been in the Chicago area along with a notice that your dog will not be allowed at their facility if it bas been in the Chicago area.

LOVE the play gym at No Leash Needed

I absolutely adore No Leash Needed. Our Golden Retriever has been going there for 3 years and we have used both their boarding and their day care facilities. The staff is incredible and their focus is on the DOGS 100%. She is so excited to go and she does attend 2-3 days per week for daycare! They have an array of little tykes play equipment that my dog loves. They are extremely cautious to accept ONLY dogs with updated vaccines/good health and as a result our dog has NEVER been sick in her 3 years. We also use their boarding services when we are going out of town. I love that their boarding includes day care so she can romp and play all day and settle down in a very large kennel (like a cubicle) for the evening complete with beds or blankets. When I pick her up (even after a week) she is excited to see me but circles back to give love to the staff before leaving! That, to me, shows that No Leash really is a dog's haven. Take a tour of No Leash (I have never heard them turn down a request in 3 years!) I'm sure you will get the warm community feeling I have about their services.

Thanks for a thorough and caring consultation, Carrie. We look forward to Henry's training this June and seeing him develop!

Did wonders with training, and the doggie daycare is great too. Our pup loves it there. Recommend highly.

When I needed to find a new care giver I was concerned since she had been at the humane society twice, so I wanted the best environment I could find for her. Williamsburg was one place recommended to me. When I visited, I felt very good about the facility and people. The facility was very clean, well organized and staffed. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in the animals under their care. My dog certainly seemed to enjoy her stays (and for a time she was there more than she was at home). She came to know the staff and was always happy to see them. The staff knew her and always treated her so nicely. She was always happy to arrive and just as happy when I came home. While I no longer travel as much, Williamsburg remains the place I trust to take care of my dog. She always seems happy to see the staff and I've been very happy with the service I have received.

The cut is uneven, particularly around her face, which appears choppy and not well blended. Her paws were also not cleaned up to the standard I expected. The areas of greatest concern are her armpit and belly, which were shaved extremely close. Her skin appeared irritated afterward, and there is a small area on her belly that looks consistent with a minor nick from the blade. I spoke with management to address these concerns and am currently requesting a refund based on the result and condition of the grooming. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided. If you have a long-haired or double-coated breed, I recommend clearly confirming grooming expectations in advance.

Everyone got along fine and we were all set to board our pups when my wife took ill and couldn't make the trip. I went without her and she was home with our dogs. Flash forward to December. We went to Las Vegas for 3 nights and left Tango and Jack with Mike and Beth. Communication was good and Mike sent us emails with photos and even a short video. The dogs are our "babies" and although we missed them very much, it did a lot to ease our minds about the care they were receiving while we were gone. I can highly recommend Mike and Beth of Howling Good Dog Boarding to anyone who needs to board a fuzzy family member. Now that we've found them, we will always leave the care of our dogs to them when we go out of town. Thank you Mike and Beth for taking such good care of our "boys."

Mike was great about sending me video & picture updates while we were on our trip. He's very knowledgeable about dogs, answered all my questions and my dog, Ozzie left happy and worn out! I felt MUCH better about leaving my best buddy in Mike's hands than at a big boarding facility where there's SO many dogs, so much potential for accidents, and not personalized to your dog. Mike is also insured (for peace of mind) and understands that dogs have quirks (mine has food allergies & separation anxiety). I'd give him 10 stars, if I could! We will be back!
