I love that she uses several product lines, as well as different therapies ( a bit of micro derm, some zit zappy thing, masks) and my skin seems to respond very well. She recently moved to Medically Yours off of 89A by Urgent Care. She is an incredible nice woman and so talented. You should see her asap- you will not be disappointed! I think that she is well worth what she charges (which I think is low for what she does) and if you ask her to do your eyebrows, be prepared for people to stare in awe. She is THAT good!

One word of advice: plan ahead and make your reservation as early as possible. I went with a friend and it was not easy to get two appointments together. So glad they were able to accommodate us, as it was a highlight of our trip.

She was so welcoming and put me right at ease. The studio is gorgeous and has such a wide variety in the boutique as well as the skin care salon. Approaching my 50th birthday, I started having some midlife anxiety about looking older than I was…read more I did research online and locally looking for the best options to turn back the years on my face. There are plenty of options near me, but none that had the before and after results I found on Aristocats studio Facebook page and website. I set a consultation appointment and eagerly waited for the day to come. It was time! When I walked into the studio I was greeted by sweet Missie, one of Kim's assistants. Then I had the absolute pleasure to meet Kim. I asked her about all the options available to me for what I wanted to achieve and we ended up going with Plasma Fibroblast to give my face the lift and volume I was looking for, and the cost was a fraction of what I would have paid for Botox or most fillers or lasers with results only lasting so much longer. The procedure lasted most of the day, as she takes her time to do the process properly to get the best results. Anyone with a plasma pen can put dots all over your face in a hurry, doesn't mean you'll get the same results as with the education and experience Kim has in her tool belt. Never once did I feel hurried. She fed me lunch of my choice and even allowed me to sip on some wine to calm my nerves. My face looked like Holy Heck for about a week, BUT then it was mostly healed and the results were way beyond what I was told I could achieve as she made it clear that some people may need more than 1 session to get more substantial results and even her doing the best job during procedure, I also had to do my part in the healing process for maximum results. I followed her directions and supplemented daily w larger doses of Vitamin C, I reduced my alcohol and tobacco in take, kept myself very hydrated, tried to get more rest than usual, used a strong SPF and kept my face out of the Sun. I also purchased some amazing moisturing serum and lotion to use after the carbon crusts came off (roughly 5-7 days) When my friends and family saw results after 2 weeks they asked me "OMG you look amazing, what did you do to your face"? "You're aging backwards". And the results continued to improve w the passing weeks, up to an entire year! I have since had her resurface my face to improve texture and tone, plump my lips some and correct old eyebrow tattoos. She is MY one stop medispa and I will not go anywhere else as she is the top of her field! She is also very kind, sweet and very attentive. She listens to you without being judgey and her smile lights up the shop. If you want great treatment on every level, you've found the right place.

The bad: We waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and help us, so we were a bit rushed to change before our appointment that says to show up 15 minutes prior. The twin flame rose petal candlelit bath was very underwhelming. From the description, I was under the impression the bath would be filled with rose petals and it would be a dark, candlelit bath. The lights were on, the windows open so people could see us if they were outside, there was one candle and the roses were on top on the bath and on the table. For $700 for a total of 90 mins, I would think it would be a little grander than this. I wrote down that we were celebrating getting married in the questionnaire and we were not offered anything. From other spas I've been to where I received birthday massages and an engagement massage that had a little cheese or truffle plate that said "happy birthday" or "congrats" which was such a nice, small gesture. We were also told that we'd be given 5 minutes to dry off and change to what we needed to for the massage after the bath. The door was knocked about 3 times asking if we were ready after about 2 minutes and I felt more stressed than relaxed. There were also no snacks offered. This has the potential to be a nicer experience with much needed customer service improvements.
