While completing my intake information in their lobby 2 different people left complaining about waiting 2hrs+ to see the Dr. I was then placed into a private room 30min after my scheduled appointment, where I was given an iPad to complete another round of information with a human on the other end that couldn't figure out how to turn their video option on. After finishing that interview I was left alone in my room where I overheard another patient swear and complain of waiting over an hour to see the Dr while leaving. Then the Dr came into my room who hadn't taken the time to read any information about me and knew nothing about me. Her shirt was also covered in stains. I was kind and curious to this office. This office was no help to me and a total waste of my time. While being rude and slow. 0/5 stars. I don't reccomend this office or Dr to anyone.

After signing in and taking care of the paperwork she asked me to go ahead and have a seat. When I went to sit down I noticed a faint sound of me being at the beach. I heard waves crashing delicately against the rocks to and fro. I heard seagulls and a few other birds as well as a slight sound of wind. This was so cool. I looked around and found a white sound machine sitting on one of the tables in the well decorated waiting room. I was already so nervous and this completely calmed me down. I loved it! I was called in approximately 15 minutes after my appointment time and Dr. Jablecki introduced himself. We sat down and began to discuss my case when I noticed that he has five pens (my favorite ones too) in his top left shirt pocket. While he is talking I start noticing ink appearing on his shirt. I didn't know whether to ignore it or tell him. You know me Yelp peeps. I excused myself for interrupting and advised him that it was leaking. The Dr. removed the pen and got up to put white tape to cover up the ink so that it wouldn't bother me. How could he tell I was OCD? lol. That was a great customer service move! We went on with the intake and then went into the examination room. This room was very well decorated and homely at the same time. It was a cross between a doctors room and a vintage massage room. I noticed a complete wall with accommodations and degree wall of fame which also included an official award from the President of the United states certificate signed by the Secretary of State. My favorite was the award for him being an honorary Eagle Scout with The Boy Scouts of America! As I looked at the wall the only thing that I could think of was "I really bet that his Momma must have been so proud!". While I waited I was thirsty and the receptionist brought me some nice cold water (that is customer service). I did not like the process that I needed to have done but Dr. Jablecki made it more tolerable. He is very polite and personable. He will answer every question you have and not mince words. He tapes all of his findings with you sitting right there which keeps you in the loop of your prognosis even if you do not understand everything he is saying. My experience over all was exceptional. I would recommend you check out the health grades below if you are in need of his services please give him a call.. This is my first time writing a review on yelp because I feel like I have to share what a great…read moreexperience I had today with my appointment with Christina. I have been working out excessively for a year now trying to reach many goals of weight loss and body transformation. This is the first time in my 30 years of life I have pain in my back. I would like to say my posture working out is good, however beyond my control something tweaked a muscle where I was in excruciating pain last night, could not sleep, went on google, tried foam rolling, took Advil. To say I was upset and annoyed is an understatement. The next day I text Christina, a little nervous she wouldn't take first time clients the day of (I am leaving for New York tomorrow) She responded immediately and was able to see me the same day I reached out. I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was that I was hurting. Her office is adorable, clean, spacious and makes you feel like you are in safe hands. Parking wasn't an issue because my appointment was at noon. She began with asking me normal health questions. Than began asking about my injury and pain. I quickly got on the table and you wouldn't believe what her tiny hands could do. She THOROUGHLY describes and explained what she saw, touched, noticed. She educated me on parts of the body, functions.. descriptive analogies to describe things I questioned. She is highly educated, soft spoken and I just knew she genuinely cared for my health. She described my knots, inflammation, found pain I didn't even know I had. With 60 minutes she even spent a few more minutes teaching me stretches, giving me dos and donts and recommending further treatment options. I got a little emotional because no one wants to feel in pain, and I hate the thought of sitting still. But she reassured me I am not broken, and even your body needs a little r&r. After this holiday break I already booked another appointment and I am eager to continue care with Christina. If you are in pain, or just genuinely need a feel good body treatment, 100 times over again I can't express you need to see Christina. You physically and mentally are in the best hands ever.

I give Dr. Rabe a whole-hearted 5 Stars for being a true professional and compassionate doctor…read more Thank you, Sir, for restoring my faith in doctors. After a considerable amount of Googling and Yelping, I decided to see Dr. Rabe at Centric Wellness (across from Balboa Park). Here are the things that impressed me about this clinic and Dr. Rabe: * The clinic's website is well designed and new patients are able to make an appointment online and fill out all necessary forms in advance. (Of course you still need to bring other documents at your first visit, but those are clearly explained.) * The clinic is clean and airy and definitely a professional's office. It's a quiet place and the lady at reception is friendly and respectful. * Dr. Rabe is an easy guy to talk to. No white coat and stethoscope; just a regular, nice guy who is very well educated on the subject of medical cannabis and other alternative therapies. * I was impressed by the fact that Dr. Rabe is working with oncologists who are considering cannabis as supplemental treatment for their patients who are currently on high doses of opioids. * And, last but not least, the clinic is not just a "one trick pony." They can help me with acupuncture and they have a long list of available therapies. Thank you, Dr. Rabe and thank you to your lovely receptionist. I am glad I found you and I will definitely be back.

Another Five Star review for Dr. Glazener…read more My personal care physician referred me to him for cortisone-type injections in my neck vertabrae. I thought it unusual for the first appointment to be at Grossmont Hospital, but I showed up on time, registered with staff, showed ID, got a wristband, and sat in a waiting area for a few minutes. I was at first surprised then pleased that this appointment was not a "getting to know you" type, but was for the injection itself. Dr. Glazener reviewed my past history with Scripps (which I provided), asked me several pertinent questions, then agreed that I would benefit from the injection. Although Dr. Glazener seemed quite pleasant, the flouroscope technician did not. The injection was not a comfortable procedure frankly, but it didn't take more than a few minutes. In addition to being a very personable physician, Dr. Glazener is very skilled at this delicate procedure. About three days later I noticed a great deal of improvement in flexibility and a moderate reduction in pain. I reported this to Dr. Glazener who thought I would benefit further from a second injection. I agreed, and it will be done in about a week. I certainly recommend Dr. Glazener for this type of procedure. As a side note, I was not charged for parking in the hospital parking structure.
