He actually worked through the rain which was impressive, only stopping briefly when it turned into a downpour. They don't remove the dirt when they dig the holes but the sales guy was up front about this. They also will take about 6 weeks from signed estimate to work completion date. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. I have since called another fencing company who came out this morning and repaired at the same day. Clearly all that Eads cares about are new installs and new sales. Not repairs of their work.
