The only negative part was the salesgirl, the most unfriendly young woman I have ever met. She treats you like you can stay for a few minutes and leave your money there, but that's all, ask no questions, don't dare to stroll around and have a look at the products. The worst is, if you want to try on a piece. The arrangement of the products, the range of products, the structure of the shop, the quality is the best I have ever seen with KiK Austria. If you tell the girl that she should do her job - then everything would be perfect!!!

One woman working at the Colloseum/Forever ruin all. Before I liked the shop before but not anymore…read moreand not in Wien because of the one young woman working there she was really rude person and I haven't never ever seen anybody like her working in the shop before. She work in fashion clothes shop Colloseum but she didn't like her job at all and she is not stylish or friendly at all. She is very impolite person who hate stylish foreigner women. I bought shirt wrong size and next day I tried to return the shirt back to the shop with the receipt and thought all was fine. Her attitude was terrible rude. She was another side of the shop and then she came to take the dress. There was also another worker but she control everybody even she is not the boss. She didn't say nothing until asked. She told the shop will be soon closed but it was not. Then she said I can come another day there. She knew I was tourist that's why she thought she could take the dress and receipt from me. She tried to leave me like getting nothing back no new dress no money. Then she said she won't give any money back to me, She wanted to take the dress and money and she is seller. She said come another time without receipt she took. There was a lot of women they all saw what she did and customers left the shop when they saw her. I thought to go out without nothing then she just throw the money back like to some pigs. She insult me she said that I'm living in Vienna and go shopping every eevery day she was saying disgustingly eeevery eevery day. I think this is rude and not normal behavior from the seller. She was watching what I did all day long also in another shop she work in 2 shops. She should be happy about that I spent holiday in Vienna and spent money to Her city but she was only angry about that. Not smart attitude to hate tourists because tourists bring money. She also work in Stadion center Colloseum/Forever shop so if you are foreigner watch out! there is nice workers but also this one rude at Colloseum. Disgusting customer service at the Colloseum shop. I still wonder how they can keep worker like her she is evil and she don't like fashion. Other workers in other shops they were much more friendly.
