I just bought a big bag of Berger BM 6 potting soil. Without me realizing it they gave me a bag…read morethat was torn open at the top so I found wet potting soil in my car when I got home. I'm a senior woman whose husband has a heart issue so I had to unload it myself. Because it's very WET it is EXTRA heavy. When I moved the bag to get it out of my car and to our backyard it tore in several places with potting soil falling out from each gash. I am very unhappy to have been sold such a poor quality bag. If I ever shop there again I will be sure to tell them I'm 76 and to give me a light, dry bag that isn't falling apart. But after this experience, I'm not so sure that I will go back.

We bought a kitchen range/stove online from Home Depot on May 22nd. The men came today to install…read moreit on May 30th BUT they didn't recognize the kind of gas cut-off that we have so they told us we had to have a plumber come to put a cut-off on the line before they can proceed. The plumber just left to the tune of ~$100 and showed us the cut-off that was there all along. We had him go ahead and disconnect our old range so that the space would be ready for the new one. Just called and they can't come back until June 11th!! GAH!!! We have a gas range that is now totally unfunctional and a brand new one sitting in our den waiting to be hooked up. This is super frustrating that the installers who told us they work tomorrow can't come back and finish the job that they botched for us. We have to wait 12 days before we can cook again. It will take a very great price before we will want to buy appliances from Home Depot again.
