Eugene and his guys did an excellent job on our horse fence and installed our cattle gate at no extra cost. He came out very quickly gave us a great quote much lower than everyone else we spoke with for the same job. They fenced 750' with two gate openings and the job was completed in 3 days. Three words can describe it easier then any....terrible terrible terrible. If you use these people and trust them to do a good job you will be fooled. I had them install privacy fence. They did not do what they said and I had to hire another company to correct the sloppy work. They will ask for money up front and not show up when they say. The owner is rude to his employees and constantly yells at them while he does nothing right himself. They are not professional people. I wish I read the other reviews before I hired them. Very disappointing!! Extremely unprofessional!! Incredibly bad experience!! Nitro Fencing does not follow through with what was promised. Eugene from Nitro Fencing came out to give me an estimate. Eugene the owner acts like a super nice guy and says everything you want to hear. I told him I was waiting to get my driveway installed until my fence repairs and painting was completed. He said that he could have the work done in a couple of weeks. After our first contact and after many phone calls, I had to beg him for a hard copy of my estimate and a date to get the work done. It was 21 days later when I finally got the hard copy of the estimate and it was $200.00 more than what he first agreed upon. Still no date for work to begin. 28 days since our first contact and after more phone calls he finally said the first week in April 2025 would be when he would get it done. 35 days since our first contact I called and asked for what day/days I could expect him to start the job. Eugene said that the job would have to be delayed even longer due to his operation that he went through, not having any workers who would show up etc, etc. When I told Eugene that an acquaintance of mine who got an estimate from him after I did was already given a date for work to begin, and that I was upset with that since I was ahead of her, he lost his cool and canceled the job on me altogether. 35 + days of waiting, having to hunt Eugene down and beg for dates, job priced higher than first promised at time of estimate, lost my spot to get my driveway installed and then Eugene canceled the job altogether like I was the one who was being unreasonable. Let me first start off by telling you the owner Eugene is a very nice man and will sweet talk you with all his kind words. My privacy fence was completed in December 2020. The fence is falling apart, I can't even get someone to paint it because they don't want to be responsible for the areas where the nails are coming out of the boards which will cause seeing the natural wood color. At the time we were dealing with my father in law going into hospice and wanted to pay for the completed work, biggest mistake!!! Absolute horror show of a fence job. Even children have pointed out the complete hack job of split wood, mismatched drywall screws and doubled up nails. Total waste of time and materials, and even twice over if it were to be repaired correctly. Very disappointing. read more

Very good experience with Eugene and his team. They were fast, the work looks excellent, and I didn't have to shuffle my animals around even though they were working on perimeter fencing which was very nice. We had a tree come down and due to the remnants and unused pasture for a few months it made for a less than ideal working environment I would guess, but there was nary a complaint. Will be hiring him again to fix the rest of our fencing in the future! read more

The owner of Nitro Fencing chopped down a dozen or so live oaks and pines and palmettos on our property next door to the one he was fencing. He admits that he never did a measurement for the property line and just ran a badly curved line onto our land. Turns out his meandering guesswork was at some points 10-12 feet over the boundary onto our heavily wooded back yard. We bought this lot last year for its forested ambiance and built our dream house here. Now the forest is looking very sparse and we see clearly our neighbor's house and the floodlights at night invade our lanai and master bedroom. The Nitro owner admits that he simply guessed where the line was and that it was totally inaccurate and has offered us the grand sum of $500 in compensation. He says he's only required by law to pay $50 per tree so he claims he is being generous! However, our view of our forested land has been substantially compromised and we are in the process of having some new screening shrubs planted. Those will never be able to replace the beautiful mature trees! (Also will cost a lot more than $500) It will definitely not be the same habitat we chose last year to build our dream house. Now Nitro Fencing is cutting another 4 foot wide swath through the woods, this time on the correct property, but it means that 8 feet of barren corridor will be carved out altogether; what a sad and unnecessary loss of natural habitat. Sounds like he has had this issue before since he knows how much is is legally liable for in compensation AND he mentioned that the paperwork he will have us sign prevents us from seeking additional remedy. He also told me his profession was "logger" and that he knows about "these tree-hugger types." This is not the company you want to hire to fence your property since he doesn't know how to determine the property line. A professional fencing company would certainly make that a priority! read more
