The two gentlemen did an amazing job, and I was so impressed that I upgraded to have my entire car fully detailed. When they finished, Chris walked me around the vehicle. I was extremely pleased -- until I noticed a circular crack in my back right passenger window. I immediately asked Chris what happened. He stated he didn't know, but said it was not there when he worked on the car. His helper mentioned he had seen it earlier. Chris then apologized and told me they would take care of the issue immediately and that I would hear from the company later that day. I did not hear from anyone that evening. After reaching out myself, I was eventually told they had contacted a glass company and someone would come out Monday to inspect the damage. Today is Monday at 6:45 PM. I have sent 3-4 messages throughout the day with no response. I finally received a message stating that the issue had "already been resolved" and that they had tried contacting me. That is simply not true. I have received no phone calls, no messages, and no communication. I have all correspondence saved. Customers, please be aware. What started as a great experience has turned into a very disappointing one due to the lack of honesty and follow-through. I am now left dealing with replacing a cracked window on my own. This is extremely disheartening.
