Was helped when we had a lice breakout during last school year. She was great! Accommodated a last minute appointment & helped teach me how to comb through my daughter's hair if we have infections in the future. read more

Marcy patiently quelled my anxiety and helped me understand how to manage treatment and stop recurrences within a two household shared custody arrangement. I wish I had trusted my instincts and gone to her immediately rather than trying to treat (unsuccessfully) at home with expensive, ineffective shampoos. Grateful for the help & recommend her services! read more

Having never dealt with lice before, I was in a panic when it hit our household. Marcie has been nothing short of incredible. She calmed my fears and jumped right in to help me in the fastest and most efficient way that she could. Not only that she went out of her way and initially dropped off a comb to me because she wasn't open and had already closed for the day. I highly recommend her services. My children also felt really comfortable being seen by her, which was Paramount to me. read more

Lice is such a stressful thing to go through and Marcy was so helpful and kind. She saw us quickly and was so efficient. We could not have been more happy with our experience with Marcy at Nitless Noggins! While on vacation in Santa Cruz, we found lice on both my son and my daughter and tried not to panic. We were able to connect with Marcy on a Saturday afternoon, and although she had just left her studio, she was willing to come back to help us! She played a movie for the kids, had toys while they waited, and kept the whole process as stress free as possible. Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this lice clinic. We went in feeling stressed and embarrassed (as any parent would), and Marcy immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly reassuring and, most importantly, made sure my child felt zero shame about having lice. She explained everything calmly, kindly, and in a way that felt completely normal and non-alarming. On top of that, she took care of us on a holiday weekend, which we were so grateful for. The treatment was thorough, professional, and effective, and she answered all of our questions with patience and warmth. If you ever find yourself in this situation (which happens to the best of families!), this is absolutely the place to go. Marcy is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful with kids. Highly, highly recommend read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nitless Noggins . I called at 8:00 PM, completely stressed and overwhelmed, and Marcy answered right away and scheduled us for the very next day, immediately putting my fears at ease. During the appointment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring with my daughter. She even let her pick a movie to watch and offered her a snack halfway through what can be a long and uncomfortable process. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or embarrassed. What could have been a truly horrible experience was turned into a calm, manageable one thanks to her compassion and professionalism. I am so grateful for her care and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. read more

Clean, friendly, and take great care of you! So glad we opted for Nitless Noggins. Such a great experience.

Nitless Noggins is the best friend you never knew you needed until that dreaded annual school email comes with a lice exposure notification. I have so much gratitude for N.N. for easing all these momma's nervous systems and making what feels like an overwhelming situation super easy and not a big deal. They will even review follow up home comb out pictures of your "white bowl" after if you are worried. We once got an exposure alert when we landed on vacation in NYC - and let me tell you the "lice spa" in NYC was not at all like the nitless noggins locations. We are LUCKY to have Nitless Noggins. This is such an awesome business, great people, caring humans and I am so glad that they are here! read more

I have never experienced lice before and so after a week of doing treatments and combing through the kids hair and my own I was still finding nits and was starting to feel defeated and needed help! I called Nitless Noggins and Marcie is awesome! She got us in right away, gave us instructions, combed through each of our heads and did oil treatments. It's a very cozy place and is comfortable for the kids as well! She got all the nits out and now I have peace of mind and grateful for having a professional help me navigate this frustrating and overwhelming experience. We got the comb and spray for maintenance and prevention and seriously just so thankful we had somewhere to go locally for help! Thank you so much for the care you showed my family! Recommending you to every parent I know! read more

Marcy was very caring and informative. She worked hard to strip my head from the really bad case of lice that I had. I've been struggling with lice for a couple of months. I didn't even know that I had it because a doctor told me that I didn't. She clearly explained to me how to get my house and clothes cleaned up so that I could be confident that I wouldn't become infected again. It's been a huge relief! I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. Thank you so much Marcy read more

Oh man I don't think any parent wants to see moving bugs in their kids head- but once I saw it, I freaked out, called my nurse friend and she recommended this place. Marcy answered right away and did all she could to accommodate my 2 daughters and me. She gave me lots of pointers and called when an opening came up that same day. Marcy took care of myself and my youngest daughter first and I have been keeping up with her instructions to comb every day- but we have not seen any bugs since we left the clinic! My oldest daughter came in the next day. She has some sensory processing issues and was not easy to deal with. Marcy was so patient and calm and reassuring to her. And miraculoulsy, same thing... no bugs since we left! I want to add that the clinic was beautiful, vibrant and welcoming. I felt like I was entering a high end pediatrician's office, not a lice clinic. I really appreciate her business :) read more

Marcy is AMAZING. She is informative, gentle, kind, and sweet. We started our journey 6 weeks ago when my 6 year old daughter's best friend found out she had lice. I recommended her to come here and she did. Well a couple days ago my daughter said her head itched. She has a sensitive scalp and I didn't see any thing. 2 days later I found lice all over her scalp. I called Marcy and she had me text her a pic of what the result was after combing with the comb she sold me ( which is way better then the one I got at Walgreens), and sure enough she had a ton of lice. I combed my daughter with Marcy's instruction for 5 hours until I got nothing, then added olive oil and started again. Combed for another 2.5 hours until I got nothing. We saw Marcy the next morning and my daughter still had some small bugs, but not much left. I had a light amount and my other daughter had two bugs. Marcy has a gentle touch! She let's the kids pick out a movie, keeps the environment tempered and raised tbe tv volume while blow drying. She is SO kind and patient, and thorough!!! Marcy sent us home with instructions and tons of education. PUT YOUR KIDS HAIR IN A BUN OR BRAIDS for school and bday parties! If it's down, do a comb through before bed with the special comb. I would drive any distance for her expertise and thoroughness. She even texted back at 10pm to ensure I was doing ok. We are very appreciative of her 14+ years of experience and her empathy for the situation! read more

She also squeezed a friend and her family in last minute the next day - she understands the urgency and we are so incredibly grateful! read more

I have been overwhelmingly happy with the professionalism, care and expertise here. It is well worth the money to have someone do a much more thorough job than I ever could at home and know that nothing was missed. Over the counter products don't work and lead to more money spent on more product, not to mention the hell of having to comb through your child's hair while they squirm and cry and you get more frustrated and stressed. It's awful. But coming in here is easy, stress free and comes with perfect results! read more

I kept missing lice and it was so great to go and have her get everything! It was such a a relief.

Our community is so lucky to have Marcy! We have been to her twice this past year (the nature of having two girls in school). Lice can be so stressful but Marcy makes the process as easy as it possibly can be! She gives a lice free guarantee, is extremely responsive and quick to get you in, provides so much education and is great with kids. She even managed to de-lice our non-stop two year old who has hair down to her butt. We appreciate you Marcy! read more

I recently used this service for my 10 year old son. He enjoyed watching a movie while receiving his treatment. The treatment is chemical free and it worked. We tried to treat the issue with an OTC product beforehand which did not fully resolved the problem. I paid with my HSA. Marcy has also answered my follow up questions quickly. read more

Marcy did an outstanding job treating my daughter (who has a lot of hair). Thank you so much for treating her on such a short notice!!

After spending $100 and it's been three weeks dealing with lice, even using the treatment (from CVS) twice... AndI I had been combing my girls' hair twice a day for the last week!!! Then, of course, I found a louse.... I decided to text Nitless Noggins, she got back to me right away and was able to fit me in, in the morning. Her comb is WAY better than what you buy at the store, they only cost $20, money well spent. Her technique also makes sense and she shows you the results. She was amazing and calmed us down and guarantees her work. Also, if you have PPO, you can submit a claim for reimbursement. If you have an HSA, you can use that money to pay for the treatment. Literally, if you find an egg or a louse, go to her. A head check is $25 and worth every bit, just to know what you are up against. THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! read more

There are a few things in life that freak me out more than lice, and I was fully prepared to abandon our house after I found out that my daughter had them. I have only heard wonderful things about Nitless Noggins so I decided to give them a call, even though in the past we had been able to successfully get rid of lice and even though it seemed expensive. Quite honestly, it was one of the best decisions of my life. Marcy is one of the kindest, most non-judgmental and educational people I have met. She did spot checks on my whole family and treated two of them. I can personally vouch for her guarantee since two weeks later, my daughter, somehow must have gotten lice from someone else, but Marcy did not charge us to comb through her hair again. I cannot recommend her enough for the peace of mind she gave me and the understanding she exhibited. Hopefully we won't be repeat customers but I would not hesitate now to go back to her. She makes an awful situation bearable. Thank you Marcy!! read more
