Oh man I don't think any parent wants to see moving bugs in their kids head- but once I saw it, I freaked out, called my nurse friend and she recommended this place. Marcy answered right away and did all she could to accommodate my 2 daughters and me. She gave me lots of pointers and called when an opening came up that same day. Marcy is AMAZING. She is informative, gentle, kind, and sweet. We started our journey 6 weeks ago when my 6 year old daughter's best friend found out she had lice. I recommended her to come here and she did. Well a couple days ago my daughter said her head itched. She has a sensitive scalp and I didn't see any thing. 2 days later I found lice all over her scalp. I called Marcy and she had me text her a pic of what the result was after combing with the comb she sold me ( which is way better then the one I got at Walgreens), and sure enough she had a ton of lice. I combed my daughter with Marcy's instruction for 5 hours until I got nothing, then added olive oil and started again. Combed for another 2.5 hours until I got nothing. After spending $100 and it's been three weeks dealing with lice, even using the treatment (from CVS) twice... AndI I had been combing my girls' hair twice a day for the last week!!! Then, of course, I found a louse.... I decided to text Nitless Noggins, she got back to me right away and was able to fit me in, in the morning.
