They told us it was our choice to get 2 done or 'just go somewhere else.' Instead of being empathetic or apologetic that we had wasted two days in a row, the staff was angry and defensive, claiming it wasn't their fault because they 'weren't there yesterday.' Dealing with lice is already a nightmare; dealing with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness makes it a hundred times worse. Rhonda was the one who did our treatment and she was great! Very friendly, knowledgable and made us feel at ease. I requested to have my head checked as well and I am so glad I did because she discovered eggs in my head (I had no itching) so she treated my head as well as my daughter's head that day.
