I can't recommend Bonnie enough! She came to our home to treat my niece for lice, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. What could have been a stressful situation was made so much easier because of her professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Before starting, Bonnie carefully set up a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area, which immediately put us at ease. She brought everything she needed and made sure the environment was comfortable and spotless. Her attention to cleanliness and detail was truly impressive. She was incredibly patient and gentle with my niece, explaining the process along the way and making sure she felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Bonnie was extremely thorough, taking her time to ensure everything was done properly, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about helping families. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, Bonnie is the one to call. Her mobile service is so convenient, and the level of care she provides is outstanding. We are so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Bonnie, for making a difficult situation so much easier! Sincerely, L. Dalley CEO, DCLLC read more

Bonnie provided a wonderful service. She was friendly, informative, gentle, and professional. My girls were well at ease with her and even our skittish puppy was comfortable with her. She came with informational materials and a children's book. She provided great training for aftercare as well as answered any and all of my questions about anything possibly lice related. She also provided excellent tools, the terminator comb, for us to use afterwards. Overall this was an excellent and comfortable experience and I will recommend her to anyone who needs this service. read more

Bonnie came through for us and saved the day!!! She drove an hour on a last minute evening call, did a thorough job combing through my daughter's full head of long hair and getting those pesky pests out of there!! She checked the whole family carefully to be sure that no one else had caught the critters (thank goodness we were clear!) and answered all of our questions patiently and with quite a depth of knowledge! If we ever run into these bugs again (hopefully not!!!!), we'll definitely call Bonnie to save us again:) read more

Bonnie was heaven sent. We've been dealing with lice for over two weeks in our house. I was at my wits end nitpicking my little one's hair and washing it with soap and tree tea oil. Bonnie came over, and not only got the eggs out of our hair, but she educated us on how to keep lice out. Having her help and support made this daunting task of lice removal and maintaining that removal much more manageable. I wish I had called her sooner and am so grateful for her. read more

Bonnie the Lice Lady was amazing!! I called her in a panic at 5pm, and she was at my house in San Jose an hour later. She taught us so much about lice while effectively and efficiently removing them from our hair without any chemicals. She is also great with kids. Both of my little boys, one with long hair and one short, enjoyed her conversation and sat patiently through the process. I would give her 10 stars if I could. read more

We called Bonnie not realizing she lived 2 hrs away from us, and she STILL stayed on the phone offering helpful tips that tremendously reduced our workload and stress. She also sent a link for a comb that ACTUALLY works. Anyone in Santa Cruz should feel very lucky to have such a valuable resource if (more likely when) you find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you Bonnie! read more

Bonnie saved the day! One call and she was here on a Sunday, plan in hand, and organized for an efficient job. She had our family of 4 (including my wife with a thick head of curly hair) checked and nit free in under 3 hours. Before leaving she made sure we had a plan to stay that way, and was extremely professional throughout the process. Highly recommend! read more
