This photographer is dishonest and his ads are grossly misleading. The only possible conclusion is that the ads were undoubtedly planted.
I told him I wanted a head photo for an ad. He positioned my head smack in front of the camera, so that my face was grotesque. He promised one touch up, but despite my contacting him, he did not do one.
After I complained, he said I didnt describe what I wanted--I should have said a "linked in" head shot. He didnt even realize LinkedIn photos are unique and certainly not like the one used for an ad. He was rude, and so full of himself dialogue was torture. He is a charlatan more than a photographer, slippery, dishonest, a liar and doesn't listen. Pennnick is a skilled, classic, and extreme con man.
Therefore I recommend you stay away from him, and ignore all those fake compliments.
When I went back to reread all the false praise he solicited for his site and online, I noticed that on one of them, there was a classic head shot that was perfect and what I described and wanted. So without any doubt he understood what I asked for. The only explanation is that he deliberately produced hat I didn't want, so he could extract another equal fee. When I mentioned this he said I should make another appointment--for the full price, he emphasized, paid in advance, as was the first fee.
His ads are unbelievable, and he is a liar. His main interest is in keeping a massive number of friends who assist him in perpetrating his fraud though fake ads. He emphasized to me that he has a great following, and from his demeanor and endless chatter about how great he is, I can only recommend that prospective customers stay far away from his so-called "services." In reviewing the hundreds of reviews, it becomes obvious this man needs intensive care upstairs.
Again my strong belief is that there is such a disparity between what this man is and what is claims to be , together with the lies and rudeness, that there is pathology here.
In carefully considering the events, the conclusion is that he a manipulator.
I would gladly have paid the fee to stay away from him. There is not a single honest thing from his mouth, or email exchanges.
The bottom line is that I did not receive any photo from him that could be used for any purpose.
No matter how he has arranged unbelievable ads from dozens (if not more, because I became nauseated and had to stop reading them
