I needed an updated business portrait, and booking photography sessions is just above going to the dentist for me. It must have been all those family portraits I was dragged to my whole life. I was dreading this whole process. But I did my research and settled on Candy Fox Studio. Victoria's work was what I was looking for (I wanted a white background) and I knew she could give me what I wanted. I liked how on the web site she has an infographic showing the time and process she uses to get just the right photo for you. I made my appointment and she was ready for me when I got there. And, she knew how to make my jacket and shirt cooperate! She really made me comfortable and relaxed and it was quite an enjoyable time, I have to say. Shortly after I got a Dropbox link of the best ones, so I picked the one I liked and sent the link to a few friends getting their input. Then the magic started with her photoshop skills - I have to say it is an awesome portrait! I told my wife about the great experience I had, and when our teens are out of braces later this year, we'll be going back to Victoria and Candy Fox Studios for a family portrait. My experience with Victoria and Candy Fox Studio was great! I went in for a new business headshot and her kind and sweet personality made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. Victoria is very professional and responsive which made it more than easy to work with her. I loved her attention to detail and how she took the time to try different backgrounds and let me try different hairstyles and outfits. Victoria reached out to me via LinkedIn about getting new professional headshot, which I had been pondering taking for awhile. She was very flexible with dates and gave me information for a local hair stylist and makeup artist, who ended up meeting me at her studio an hour before the session so we had a common, easy place to meet. It was great getting her input on both hair and makeup before the shoot. The shoot itself was super easy and fun and I left feeling like a confident business woman. The pictures were taken Saturday and I got five, fully retouched and edited pictures back on Wednesday and I love them! Recently I need a business headshot and I did some research online. I found Victoria's studio is close to me and offers 3-5 pictures at a really good price. I browsed her photo samples online and I felt that this is exactly what I want, so I made an appointment with her. It turns out to be an excellent choice. Victoria is very professional and patient. I loved my photo session with Victoria. She is very professional and easy to work with. She took both professional and casual portraits of me, which all turned out beautiful. I have worked with many photographers in the past and know how hard it can be to find a photographer who makes the subject feel comfortable and relaxed. Because Victoria made our session fun by making me laugh at her jokes, I was relaxed and happy when I posed, resulting in phenomenal portraits. I needed professional photos for my graduation and application for jobs and went to Victoria at Candy Fox Studios. I am pretty clueless when it comes to taking professional photos and Victoria was a great help with giving me advice on wardrobe choices, backgrounds, etc. She was very efficient with the time it took to take the photos and she made the session fun which helped put me at ease and make the photos look more natural. I gave her short notice and she helped to accommodate an appointment and provided me with the edited photos on the same day. She was very personable, relaxed and calm, and did not rush me at all through my session. A little side note - she noticed that my dress shirt was wrinkling under my jacket when I was taking my photos. Victoria is a true photography professional in every sense. I needed a JPG or TIFF print-quality "head shot" photo, 4" x 6", 300 DPI on short notice. Victoria immediately understood exactly what was required and set up an appointment at her studio. The session was an enjoyable experience--there was no posing, just a relaxed conversation as the photos were being taken. Out of many frames, Victoria herself selected the best six and had the JPGs available for download in less than 24 hours. I previously took my headshot photos at JCPenny and I didn't like it at all. Thank god for Victoria. She is such a professional and so sweet and fun. Business shoot is never fun but she made it so easy. She knows how to bring out your best features. If you are not comfortable with taking pictures or if it's your first time, she will talk you through it from how to pose, fix your hair. I had the best experience with her. Wow! Today, I sat down for a professional head shot session. Like most people, I hate having my picture taken and to be honest I was super nervous.
