MY 3RD TRIP TO EDC LAS VEGAS WITH ONE N ONLY ENTERTAINMENT!…read more One N Only (ONO) is a transportation & logistics company that provides transportation, free alcohol, hotel, and shuttle passes for major festivals: EDC, Snowglobe, Wobbleland, Beyond Wonderland, Audiotistic, Burning Man, Hard Summer, and possibly more to come! In both 2016 and 2017, I purchased a "full package" for roughly $475-500 which included bus transportation from San Jose to Las Vegas and back, 3-night stay in a hotel on the strip, and a shuttle pass from hotel to Las Vegas Speedway and back. In 2018, I purchased a "half package" for about $450 which was for hotel and shuttle pass only (no transportation to and from San Jose). *ONO PERSONNEL* The staff and CEO, Karen (a dude btw), work their butts off to make the entire process smooth and coordinated. They are detail-oriented and send many emails and surveys before the event to make sure everyone is on the same page and that special requests are tended to. *THE EXPERIENCE* ONO knows how to party. While you're on the bus, there is free vodka and chaser and you are expected to pre-game before the event! Logistically, I've never had an issue during my EDC trips. ONO provides exactly the services you'd need to enjoy a festival. In fact, this year the ONO shuttles were only a 15-minute walk away from the EDC exit (in 2016 and 2017 they were 30 minutes away). *BOTTOM LINE* If you are in Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, or San Diego and need to take your @$$ to a festival, I highly recommend ONO ENT take care of the planning for you! My one caveat is that if you are more reserved and want to be left alone most of the time, it may not be the best option for you as you are pretty much forced to party during the entire bus ride. However everyone is cool and respectful, and I have made and seen deep friendships being formed thanks to ONO.

I have repeatedly…read morereached out to this company for help as I was recently hospitalized dealing with a very serious health issue and will no longer be able to attend EDC Las Vegas festival. After multiple attempts explaining my situation and even offering to provide documentation from my surgeon and hospital I finally received a response that they had a non-refundable cancellation policy and that I would lose out on my purchase. I paid over $350 for the shuttle pass itself and I feel it is not fair for them to just take my money considering my circumstances and not offer any alternative. They said that the deadline for any requests for resale, roll over, or payment plan modifications must be submitted to them 30 days prior to the event and the event is this weekend. Obviously the timing and this health issue is out of my control. Anyone who decides to use this company's services please run away and think twice before you do as this is a very bad business practice and they clearly don't work with their clients for any emergency situations. I will never be using this company's services or recommending them to anyone that I know. Once again you have been warned.

Next Adventure provided us with a world-class, magical trip to Africa; they deserve an A+++ rating…read more Our cousins recommended them as they had traveled to Africa many years ago, and had worked with Next Adventure. We didn't look at any other tourist sites, nor did we have any ideas for an itinerary. We told Kili that we wanted a long-trip, as we believed we would never go back. That's when Kili informed us that she named the company Next Adventure, as everyone who travels to Africa usually wishes to return. We knew we wanted to go gorilla trekking, see elephants and experience the local people and cultures. Beyond that, we did no research. Kili created the perfect itinerary that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we landed until our final day, we were treated to amazing people, customer service and respect. We were comforted knowing that Next Adventure was monitoring every step of our journey. We visited four camps: Bwindi Lodge (Uganda), Kechechi, Lewa, and Sarara camps (Kenya), and each adventure was fantastic. The employees at each camp were so welcoming and proud of their heritage, and provided outstanding service. It was also a blast having communal meals with the guests at each camp and we made connections from around the globe. We saw every animal that we hoped to see, yet the human connections, especially with the locals proved to be the highlight of the trip. People in Africa have such a difficult life, and yet, they are a happy, smiling and proud people. Stories were shared, we were invited into villages and homes. It was an unforgettable experience and we will work with Kili and Next Adventure for a later trip.
