The burger looked like it was put together by a 3 year old , certainly Not a Professional chef!!! Told waitress about bacon that I left on plate, and she said she'd let him know, No Apologies or discount, nothing said! Except in a coffee cup, which is bout half of a bottle, still at full price though. So I asked how the total came to $40. "The price was $27, which gets rounded up to $30, and the delivery fee is $10." Ten dollars for the 3 block drive from the restaurant to the hotel. Crazy. And rounding up a price? What's that about? Also turns out they didn't switch out the side of coleslaw, but instead made an entire extra salad and charged me for it. No cutlery or napkins either. But the food was pretty good so I can't give them 1 star.

An honest mistake (even though I had clarified our order on the phone three times) and I get that staffing is difficult at the lake, but the right thing to do was give us what we paid for, especially after we proved that the screwup was on their end. Instead, they demanded we pay for an additional pizza! Ridiculous, especially after we had boated over specifically to pick it up. We've had attitude before when they gave us a Pep and Bacon instead of a Pep and Beef, and got short us when we pointed out the order was wrong. Enough. I've heard their fried chicken is very good too, when it's on the menu. You order from and pay at the counter in the back of the Eagles (we typically enter through the back door by that kitchen). They'll call your name when ready. Someone will come by as well and take any drink orders. There are a bunch of long tables in the back and visitors under 21 can eat back here when serving food - otherwise this is a 21+ bar.
