What a SHIT HOLE!!! Smells like Dirty Rags…read more Walk in, Nobody around. Waitress pops out of kitchen and yells across the room, take a seat anywhere. Comes to table, hand in her pockets and says, Do you want anything to drink? Asked for water with lime on side, got the thinnest half slice ever. Got menu, Was dirty double page sleeve falling apart with 1 sided menu. Waitress was clueless about the menu or if there were specials, asked about the steak poster outside and she said "oh they don't do that anymore"?! Then why are you still advertising it?? Ordered Smash burger. 25 minutes later, got the ugliest double patty burger I've ever seen, Dry freezer burnt bun, black burgers with cheap processed cheese completely melted around the burgers, half the size of the bun, way under cooked bacon, 2 pickle spears on top of burgers and 1 as a side and NOT CANDIED BACON NOR HOT HONEY RANCH SAUCE just Plain!! The burger looked like it was put together by a 3 year old , certainly Not a Professional chef!!! Told waitress about bacon that I left on plate, and she said she'd let him know, No Apologies or discount, nothing said! Guess I came at His Supper break, sitting at the bar in street clothes busy eating and playing on his phone, There was Nothing that showed me he was some sort or Award Winning Chef. The prices are Ridiculously High and the place has just gotten Worse!!! I Think the Owners should take a Hard look at what's happening in your Establishment !!! PS. All staff were coughing and sneezing...Beware! $52 FOR CRAP FOOD!!!

Staff was very empathetic and took the whole plate back to the kitchen. When my burger and fries came back, fries were visually burned and definitely to the taste. While waiting to alert staff, I ate the burger which was room temp, but the bun was hot, leading me to believe that they set it under a heat lamp while my new order of fries were prepared. When it arrived, the fries looked perfect. I even added ketchup to the plate. But one bite and I could immediately tell they were again raw on the inside, although hot to the touch. Since the wait staff was now ignoring our table like the plague, I had to approach my waitress and asked her if she could just try the fries and that they were again, uncooked. She loudly said I was completely unreasonable in the middle of the dining room and stormed off to the kitchen and disappeared. My wife's replacement pizza turned out great. She said it was very good. Although the manager removed my meal completely off our bill, which was fair, no apologies for the waitresses rude outburst was given. I will never step foot in that store again for any reason.

I've heard the Cajun chicken Alfredo is good but I haven't tried it yet. My favorite by far is the deep dish pizza; especially the Supreme. I've had it 3-4 times now and each time I think, oh my this is good. The new addition (which is now the bar part) and the remodel of the old bar into the restaurant space, turned out great. The bar is very nice with a bunch of huge TVs and a seating mix of booths/high tables/bar. I'm not into video gambling but they have several of those machines.

A few times it was close enough that we decided it was not worth the fuss, but after five times this has happened, we've had enough (it's gotten to the point where we expect them to screw it up). This time they gave us a Buffalo Chicken Pizza instead of a Butter Chicken Pizza, which was far too spicy for us to even eat. I tried taking it back, but the waitress claimed it was a Butter Chicken even thought I showed her on the menu that the toppings were for a Buffalo Chicken not a Butter Chicken (apparently the waitress didn't know the difference between Buffalo and Butter Chicken Pizza). An honest mistake (even though I had clarified our order on the phone three times) and I get that staffing is difficult at the lake, but the right thing to do was give us what we paid for, especially after we proved that the screwup was on their end. Instead, they demanded we pay for an additional pizza! Ridiculous, especially after we had boated over specifically to pick it up. We've had attitude before when they gave us a Pep and Bacon instead of a Pep and Beef, and got short us when we pointed out the order was wrong. Enough. If this how they reward our regular patronage, they can do without it. We'll dine elsewhere.
