The founder had the brilliant idea to start a chain of supermarkets offering only the best products from all Italian regions (from Piedmont's hazelnuts to Sicilian cactus fruit jams). The quality is the focus and, that's the whole point of Eataly.
At Eataly you can also have lunch or dine, and most of the dishes are prepared with top quality ingredients from their selection. It is quite a new experience to have your food inside a supermarket.

I'd give 3 stars to the food served at the table and 7 stars to Eataly's concept. That makes a total of 5 stars.
