I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and has so many historic features to it. The rooms are spacious and I loved the all the local businesses supported within the services (like turndown service cookies). The rooftop is beautiful as well. All staff were exceptional. The location is great and walking distance to SoHo and Chinatown. Lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants within the vicinity. It is slightly loud.

Morning!

As a former NYer who comes to visit its close to impossible to find a quiet comfortable hotel and I'm so grateful o found nine orchard! I used to come to Kiki's all the time for dinner and never realized the hotel was in such a great area. The staff is lovely, food is yum, bed is comfy and being on the 8th floor I only heard loud trucks which is expected. This is my new go to anytime I visit! I came for a shoot and needed quiet and I got that. Plus cookies and water every night whe they turn the room over? Sign me up!!!

Went to the Nine Orchard Hotel for a company Christmas party and it was absolutely spectacular. We celebrated at their rooftop which was very nice. It was extremely spacious and was able to fit about 100 people comfortably. The staff were extremely friendly, from the front desk to the coat check. The rooftop does have a cute little staircase that leads to this gorgeous space where you can take pictures with a beautiful view of the city as your backdrop. Will definitely be coming back.

4.5 stars I had the pleasure of staying here last night in one of their corner rooms. The room was absolutely lovely. It was large and the style was exactly my taste (modern). The bed was perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, hands down. The mattress was perfect, the pillows were the right amount of soft and firm and the blankets were super cozy. The bathroom had an amazing large shower with great water pressure. The bathroom mirror made me look handsome (which isn't easy these days). Lots of quality products as well. The staff did a wonderful job, and brought cookies and water by in the evening. I personally liked the location with easy access to the LES, but I u sweat and that neighborhood isn't for everyone. My only knock was at night I wanted to go have a drink in the bar and they said it would be an hour wait to get in. And since there was little other common space, it meant I had to retreat to my room. But I'm the morning I popped in to the same space for free coffee and croissants. Luckily I was traveling for business and didn't have to worry about the hotel price. The room cost is not for the faint of heart, but if it's within your budget, this is a great spot. And getting to LGA in the morning took 20 mins (I left at 9am). Looking forward to my next stay there.

Good but not exceptional. I've been twice. A bit expensive for what it is. Drinks and sorbet were good

Some highlights for me were the apples in the room (the big apple), the postcards they'd mail for you, a celebratory champagne/chocolate strawberries (we just got married this year), a picnic blanket they let us borrow for the park, a mirror tv bathroom, the heated floors, the location and the view. The concierge ways always there to help us with any questions or requests we had. We loved the picnic blanket they found us for the park. They also gave us a few food recommendations. We paid a little extra for a rollaway bed for our friend and still had plenty of room. I highly recommend staying here.

Friends thought we were a lil crazy for bringing two kids to Manhattan, but it ended up being such a special trip for us, and the Park Hyatt was a huge part of that. The hotel is beautiful, from the gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property to the calm, elegant atmosphere. Our room was incredibly spacious, which felt like a true luxury in New York, especially with a stroller, luggage, SNOO and everything that comes with traveling with a newborn. Having that extra space made the entire trip feel easier. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. We took the boys swimming almost every night, and it became our little ritual. They loved it, and those evening swims are still some of my favorite memories from that trip. The location was perfect for a family stay. We walked to Central Park, FAO Schwarz, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, and so many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Being able to explore for a few hours, come back to the hotel to rest, and then head back out again made New York feel surprisingly easy. Now, two years later, our boys are older and we're planning another New York trip. I've been looking at hotels, but I keep coming back to the Park Hyatt because of how special that first stay was for our family. It would be pretty amazing to bring the boys back, let them swim in that pool again, and experience the hotel at a different stage of their childhood. The Park Hyatt will always have a special place in our family's New York memories.

We spent 4 nights on a short vacation trip to NYC. The staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful. The bar and breakfast staff were very accommodating and also very friendly. We love breakfast here, starts the day off with great coffee drinks and as much protein as you can handle. The rooms, so far have been consistent. They are like compartment spaces, with what you need: a bed by the window, a cool shower enclosure, a couple cabinets for storage, and a sink with soaps and shampoos to start the day or end the day right. This location is very convenient to TS, subway stops, and all the shops your heart could hope for. CitizenM is our hotel of preference now.

I had booked the majority of my trip at another hotel, but I needed an extra night and used Marriott points for this stay. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay. The location was very central, but it was not in the most crowded part of Times Square which I appreciated. It was a little hard to find at first because of nearby construction, but once I arrived, everything felt convenient and easy to access. The staff was relaxed, friendly, and helpful during check-in. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and my room was not ready yet, but once it was available, staff members were helping guests check in using the computers. The hotel has a very modern, tech-forward feel. The room included an iPad that controlled the lights, colors, and other settings, which gave the space a futuristic vibe. The room itself was very clean and felt pretty spacious for a New York hotel. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and I felt like I had everything I needed for a short stay. I also felt like it was a good value. I used about 58,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for the night, and New York hotels can easily run anywhere from about $200 to $500 per night depending on the date. Since I stayed on a weekday, that may have helped with the overall value. The next day, relocating to my other hotel was simple because the area was so central. As a Gold member, I also received late checkout, although I ended up leaving earlier than I needed to. The only thing that stood out was hearing another guest complain about the staff, which surprised me because my own experience had been very positive.

We ended up walking almost everywhere and loved exploring the beautiful historic buildings and neighborhoods along the way. The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. It feels fresh and updated, which was exactly what we wanted. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Manhattan, easy to get around in, and very comfortable. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows were so awesome , the city views were incredible and really gave you that quintessential New York experience. The lobby is very small , like really only room to check. In and small seating area and that is it . There isn't a restaurant, but we didn't consider that a negative at all. You step outside and have countless restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and other options within minutes. We also appreciated thoughtful touches like umbrellas available for guests, and the doorman was friendly and welcoming every single time we entered or left the building. We didn't use the subway because the location made it so easy to walk everywhere, although there appear to be stations nearby. The check-in area and lobby is a great example of this: I love all the plants, wood, and how there is a pleasant cedar or sandalwood scent. The restaurant Jams on the first floor is also great, and nice to be able to have a delicious meal right at the hotel. Excellent food and coffee - we went for both breakfast and dinner here. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff helped make the stay feel special. The front desk and door staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were excellent, with a great view, comfortable beds, and a lot of thoughtful sustainability features. I especially liked that all of the water in the hotel is filtered. I did not use the fitness center on the second floor, but I looked great. The location is phenomenal, just steps from Central Park. With our kids, we were able to easily get to the Central Park Zoo, Heckscher Playground, and the Billy Johnson Playground, and my wife and I were also able to walk to a Broadway show in the evening. It was a great hotel for a family trip, and we hope to be back for our next NYC trip!

One of the biggest highlights was the room and bathroom layout--both were incredibly spacious, especially by New York standards where square footage is usually at a premium. They also serve a decent breakfast selection there in the mornings. While I didn't get a chance to check out the on-site restaurant and bar, I loved that they partner with the Planet Fitness right next door, making it super convenient to fit in a workout. You enter on the first floor, but the lobby is on the sixth floor. I was having flashbacks to Tokyo... There are four elevators, and when I checked in, the place was packed. Some event must have been going on because getting an elevator was an adventure (a sad one). It didn't help that everyone had to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, then another to get to their room. Fortunately, I was only on the ninth floor...so I got my steps in. The room itself was mostly ok. One thing I really didn't like was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool below 68 degrees. I despise hotels that throttle the A/C. I'd get warm, the air would finally kick on, I'd be comfortable for about ten minutes...then the cycle would repeat all night. Another thing that caught me off guard was the ceiling. Maybe they're going for an industrial look, but it was basically unfinished concrete. Other than those complaints, everything else in the room was perfectly acceptable, and for a one night stay, it did the job.

The Library Hotel is every bit as charming as people say, but what really makes it special is the team. I arrived by car while the building was hidden behind scaffolding, and the front desk was incredibly kind and patient, helping guide me to the loading area so I didn't spend my afternoon circling the block. Housekeeping was so gracious and helpful throughout my stay, the bartender at Bookmarks very kindly helped my friend carry our drinks down to the room, and checkout took less than 30 seconds. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The themed rooms are such a fun touch (I loved seeing how each one was inspired by a different subject), but I also have to give a shout-out to the practical things. I took a few work video calls from my room on the 12th floor, and the Wi-Fi was ridiculously good - honestly stronger than the Wi-Fi in my own house when I'm sitting five feet from the modem. Not a second of lag. The TV also had a ton of premium channels, which was such a fun surprise after long days exploring the city. And finally, a standing ovation for the real MVP: the air conditioning. New York was basically a sauna while I was there, and every time I walked back into my room I was greeted by the most glorious arctic blast. It was so good that my friends ended up wanting to hang out in my room and order dinner instead of going back out into the heat. Perfect stay from beginning to end. I can't wait to come back.
