I'm not sure how it works in Puerto Rico, but I know that drivers have a option of picking and choosing their jobs in the STATES and because this was last minute, far away, late at night, of course no one wanted to do it, I'm sure. For 2.5 hrs Christa was freaking out. When we landed and saw Emanual confirmed our pick up!!! He lifted 1000lbs off her shoulders. You could see the instant relief Emanual gave her before we even met him. He greeted us with a smile and a great personality, even though it was late. It's our first time there, and he was extremely helpful and full of information on the way to the hotel. Not only was he a safe driver but he was also a knowledgeable tour guide. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Reserve and hotel uses this company. That's how we got introduced to them.
