Instead of charging $180 for a 2 hr estimated repair call, he would charge $240 and he wouldn't have to do any running around to pick up the part. Whereas the outlet store said the part would be on order for months, the repairman from ORR fixed a small leak the day after I called on his first and only visit. They saved us hundreds of dollars and the feeling of wastefulness that comes from replacing an appliance that is practically new.
