It was my first time here and I was hoping that this place could cash my check that 4-5 other check cashing places had turned down and said they can't cash. Well not only did she tell me that I couldn't cash it but that because it was a printed check that it was fraudulent and that no one would ever cash it. The woman. Rhonda the counter was very rude. When she asked me a question I started to give her my answer and she just rudely interrupted stating that I asked you a very direct question. Well I would have gotten to that if I could explain but obviously your not in the mood for that and could careless. She continued to tell me that because I got a paycheck from a company that found me on the "INTERNET" that this was fake and that I got scammed. Now only if she would have given the chance to explain there was a very easy verification process and Boom!! Cash money in hand. So I just wanted to let you know that the check was cashed by ACE cash express who's employee took the 2 seconds to see what I had and verify the check! Moral is try not to be rude to your new potential customers. Have a great day!

I've been coming here on and off for years, and it's pretty much the same staff. This time I came…read morein to transfer a registration from one of my cars to another. They also offer courier service to PennDOT, which I've used before. There is a fee, of course, but I personally prefer that over mailing important paperwork to PennDOT and waiting. You can call ahead to find out the fees and what documents you'll need. My biggest issue is that they really need to cross train more employees. I wanted to email my documents ahead of time so they could be printed and ready when I arrived, but apparently only one person can retrieve emails and print paperwork. If that person isn't available, you could end up waiting. Thankfully, my wait wasn't too bad this time. The gentleman who usually answers the phone also seems to have difficulty answering questions. He frequently has to put you on hold to ask someone else, and sometimes there are misunderstandings about what you're asking. I don't mind someone getting help when they don't know an answer, but the person answering the phone should be able to handle basic questions or accurately understand what the customer needs. The prices are reasonable, and parking can be tricky depending on the day. They also have a Germantown Avenue location that I've used before, so I may try that one again. Overall, they get the job done and I like having the courier option, but they definitely need better cross training and more than one person who can handle important customer service tasks.
