This food is delicious. Their truck was at Tioga beer garden. I really wanted the ramen but was sharing so went with the Mazesoba which is essentially dry ramen bowl. It. Was. So. Goodt! We also each ordered a smoked salmon onigiri: a triangle of sesame seed covered rice stuffed with smoked salmon and wrapped in seaweed. So damn good! Actually, I knew this food was going to be scrumptious because I had recently started following them on Instagram where they posted all their cooking preparations ahead of time - go check them out if you're into food porn. Obviously, I highly recommend this food truck. (I think they also operate Pacific Fried Chicken which I've been meaning to try and appears highly rated.) Ok so I went to the pop up in the tower district for this restaurant. I was not planning on liking it. But I did. The more I ate of the fried chicken ramen the more I was craving it. I can't explain it. Never had nothing like it in my life. The line was long, the menu was tiny and fixed, but the ramen was to die for. If you can find this pop up, go! Man it was soooooo good.
