I basically had a filling on a tooth that was always happen to fall out or just not last very long and I brushed my teeth consistently and everything but anyways I should of just had a better job done on my simple filling and instead he recommends I get not one but two crowns back to back of each other and in between my wisdom teeth that he for one him being the experienced dentist who I had known for pretty much 15 + years should of for starters he should of said you know what let's remove your wisdom teeth so they don't cause you problems down the way but instead he didn't and had me get two crowns on my left side of my back molars while still keeping the wisdom tooth there in the back for no apparent reason on top of that the crowns he had made didn't fit properly and we're slightly higher I mentioned it to him and he said no they will eventually settle in which never happened also he left a huge crack opening on one of my crowns it wasn't fully able to cover the entire tooth I'm guessing a badly made mold I don't know but it was a horrible job ended costing me like 3k I was so mad with work I didn't even pay him the remainder of the 700.00 I never went back then I hear he was a little mad about that as I heard he started giving me entire family who also had all gone there for even more years than me I heard he started giving all them bad work as well and over charging now my family doesn't go there no more as well smh I hope he changed his way of being cause that just completely made me lose trust in dentist in general

Front desk was friendly, the dental office/equipment looked modern, and the dentists were efficient. Each procedure was explained and front desk helped with scheduling and often notifying for upcoming appointments. So the reason why I stopped going... I had a filling redone due to it coming off. However, I had pain around the same tooth for months. I couldn't eat on that side at all. I went back in for checkups to see if they can figure out what's going on. The head dentist told me to consider getting a crown since there seems to be a cracking on the tooth. They offered to cover the costs however I thought it was a bit extreme to get a crown from a routine filling. Over the next couple months, I would go back multiple times since the pain didn't go away. This included shaving part of the filling, redoing the filling, and trying to figure out my bite. And the final time I went there for a checkup, I was just told it could just be a neurological thing and almost made it sound like it was my fault and they can't do anything about it. The only reason why I kept going back was to give them the opportunity to fix what they had messed up. I ended up looking for another dentist and I told them my issue. They were able to figure what was wrong, and redid my filling. Now I have no pain.

I've had a lot of bad dentist experiences in the past so I was glad when I found a place that was actually nice and caring about every single one of their patients. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists are also super attentive and she gave thorough explanations on how to care for my teeth. Dr. Tom is also very detailed and you can tell he truly cares for all his patients from interacting with him. I had previous dentists who just take their tools and go at your teeth without caring about your pain and comfort but that is not the case with Dr. Tom and the staff. They always made sure to check in with me on my pain levels and comfort, asking if I needed anything. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Tom!!

Dr. Tom was recommended by a trusted co-worker, so we tried him. All I can say is "Honesty, Integrity, and Quality." As it turns out, my wife had pain from a problem with a clogged Eustachian tube, and the pain was conducted from nerves in the same area.
