Upon reading through all documentation there is absolutely no mention of the doctor who diagnosed and was treating me for my disabling disorder. Curtis Graves Office and staff have proven to be incompetent, lazy, and and unchallenged with regard to doing their due diligence and research for their clients. They offer no budget to even have their clients evaluated by medical professionals.
