They took a day to get back to me and told me they would not send me a confirmation unless THEY cancel. 5. They finally did cancel, which is fine. But they do not offer refunds if they cancel - which is on their website. But not cool. 6. I think they should offer out of towners a refund if they cancel. 7. Filed my claim today and I hope it gets approved. Otherwise, out about $600. 8. I am sure I will book again one day and I hope it's fun. I just don't like that they didn't communicate quicker, and with more understanding, etc.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! They got me for $350 so make sure that if you buy tickets you don't let life get in the way and cause you to not make the show. oh, and to reschedule cost yet another fee of $20 per ticket. pretty neat money making plan if you ask me. will NEVER RECOMMEND any business that partners with such a scam type insurance company as Allianz. again, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
