ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CAR TIM STANFORD IS SCAM LIKE. FEW OTHER POSTERS…read morePOINTED OUT HIS LACK OF CARE FOR TOWING THEIR CAR. WELL THE SAME APPLIES TO HIS ACTUAL WORK. THERES A REASON HE ISNT ON GOOGLE. I slipped on ice in January on the highway going 65 mph. Tow bill over $2.5k to remove it from a small median and go 20 minutes down the road. When it came time to repair the vehicle he charged me 3k for the repairs. Not only did Tim Stanford not fix my brakes, brake lights oil leaks, and lights. When confronted about the 4 miss diagnosis of those things he lashed out verbally assaulted me. Even coming to my place of work with my property after the Meredith PD told him to give me back my property. Then when in the middle of my workday he caused a huge disturbance in my place of work yelling and threatening. I called the cops again as he took off with my tires again. He refused to give me my tires back. He wouldnt take ownership of his failed 4 miss diagnosis. Then when i asked him to do a partial refund for the oil leaks that are still present he lost it even further! In the end i got my tires back thanks to meredith police. As for you Tim looking forward to our date in court

When I told them that sounds wrong as now I have to pay for 3 days of their storage fees and also don't live in the state and needed my car back before the work week, they immediately told me if I have a problem to call the cops. I did, and the officer I spoke with quite literally told me "I would get my car back as soon as you can, otherwise it will be crazy expensive". Stanford did not budge after I told them I had spoke to the police and told them what they told me. When I went to pick up my car Monday, the business did not answer multiple calls from me, and I had to call the police AGAIN to finally get in contact with the owner to get MY PROPERTY back. And he charged me $1600. This place is a scam, and the owner is a bully and that is how he gets away with scamming people.

We are so thankful for Real Mitchell's Towing!…read more We got a flat tire on the way to the airport! We have Nationwide, and they dispatched them to us! When we told them the situation, they went out of their way to come and help us sooner. They got to us within 20 minutes and put the spare on in probably 15 minutes or so! We would use them again in the future!

The following day he called my wife to give her an estimate after claiming my insurance company was taking too long to approve the charges. What he was asking for is $850 to pull out an SUV, that amount sounds as if an 18 wheeler was involved. In what seemed like an effort to get me to pay out of pocket in a hurry, they told me they wanted to get the vehicle pulled before the next storm. Off course, typical insurance speed, they took forever to approve thw charges, but I was glad in the end they did. I reluctantly gave the wrecker service a go ahead, to which the jumped to ask to process payment before they even gave me an eta. I refused to buy that, and later retracted my ask for help. The charge seemed extraordinarily high, and sure it was! I reached to my insurance one more time, and they finally sent a better deal for me...it didn't take 15 minutes to be pulled out, and for only $100, which insurance paid. In the meantime Mitchell's called asking for permission to send a technician to ge me pulled during my absence. No thank you Mitchel!
