I found several of the employees to be very rude. One time I called and in the middle of the conversation she excused herself and never returned. I called back and got a recording the office would be closed the next 5 days and to call back then. The office employee told me I was very combative. I apparently asked too many questions, but wanted to make sure all services were included in the plan. I had prepaid before they would do any work. After months of dissatisfaction I decided to get my credit refunded. The woman was very rude and wouldn't stop demeaning me long enough to let me talk. She then said I never had to return to the office and everyone thought I complained too much, then she hung up on me. I spent over $9000. and was treated very poorly and don't have a wearable denture. I called home office to report my experience. I was told they would go over my complaints and get back to me. It's been several weeks and no return call. I sent emails and they were ignored too. They may be fine for basic dental services, but my experience continues to be frustrating and stressful. I have never been treated so badly. I feel cheated I didn't receive what I paid for and no attempt was made on their part to remedy the situation.

I was seen at ER on A Tuesday and tooth was removed in 3 days. I had to travel 2 hours from home, more antibiotics, pain meds, and a rinse 3 times a day. The Dr. was amazing numbed me up tooth was out in under 1 minute. I had called keystone for help and they called back when I said I don't have thousands for anthesia they said they would call back and never did.

I called Aspen Dental Selinsgrove, someone told me she would call me back once she talked to Dr. Pak as Dr. Pak was in another location that day. I never got a call back. I called again on 8/27/2026, got an appointment with Dr. Pak on 9/3/2026. I received a text message on 8/30 asking us to confirm the appointment. I did with their automated system. I received another text on 9/2/26 reminding me the appointment. When we drove more than one hour to Aspen Dental Selinsgrove, the person at the front desk asked my wife to pay $159 for checking the implant. When we said it's under warranty, they said they they could change the code and charge over $190. Then they charged $152. A nurse took my wife in, asked her what was wrong and told us Dr. Pak would be in soon. A few minutes later, she told us that Dr. Pak was in Saint Clair office. The front desk asked us to drive to Saint Clair, which is another more than one hour drive and it would be almost two hour driving home. We were unable to do it and they gave us an appointment with Dr. Pak on 9/10/26 at Aspen Dental Saint Clair. They made the appointment, confirmed the appointment, reminded us about the appointment. When we drove one hour getting there, the doctor was in another location more than one hour away. We never got a sorry even and it seems that they think they did everything right.

We were met with resistance anytime we inquired about the smallest thing. A faulty pallet expander was put in my sons mouth and after 3 weeks of the staff telling me I was doing something wrong, they finally switched it out. He puts the brackets in MONTHS before they need to be just for the simple fact its "easier for them". No motto of consumer first here at this practice. We finally switched orthodontists after paying this asswipe in full, then had to pay out of pocket again for the job to be done correct. Buyer beware, stay far far away. My biggest parenting fail was letting my child go here!
