This is our third time working with Neemie!…read more When we first got married and came back from Korea to start our new chapter, we met with a few different agents, but we just couldn't find the right one until we met Neemie. From the very beginning she was kind, patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She never rushed us and always went above and beyond to find the best options for us. Over the past couple of years, Neemie has helped us find two rental places and this year, she guided us through purchasing our first home! She paid close attention to our needs and preferences, and even categorized properties in a way that made it easier for us to compare and choose. Now that everything is almost finalized, I just want to say how truly wonderful she is as a realtor. My husband and I are so grateful we met her and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely continue to recommend Neemie to anyone looking for a realtor! :)

I actually harassed him by calling him many times and asking many questions. But every time Pierre would always reply to my calls & messages This gave a great sense of satisfaction. There were many pre-construction agents who were chasing me for their business, but none were like Pierre. He told me that he would help me secure one of the best unit in the condo Project i was looking for. Pierre delivered as he promised, and Actually helped me allocate one of the unique unit in the top floor of the project (with great layout & a large Terrace). He himself was looking to book that but offered me the first choice. Looking at the great service & the Trust he build with me, I also requested him to book another unit in a highly sort after project. Even though i was late by few days, Pierre was able to secure the unit with the Layout & Direction I preferred. Pierre & his team Christianne & Joy are awesome & provide great & prompt customer service. Highly Recommend Anyone looking for Platinum Pre-Construction Condos to get in touch with Pierre. Many Thanks Pierre for helping us get the Preferred Units we desired. Coming from a Highly Satisfied Customer. Keep up the good Work.
