Nicole not only helped us obtain our very first home, but is more than willing, to this day, to continue helping us even after we've moved in for a while. When we had questions on what to do during and after the process, she had all the answers for them. Don't understand what this paper is telling you or asking of you? She's more than capable of putting it into laymen words for you. You lost papers of the warranty? No problem, she'll shoot an e-mail with the attachment to you. She will physically sit with you and go through each paper with you not just because has to, but wants to you understand the process oppose to only going through it without really knowing what's going on. When she asks for lists of paperwork or any information she needs from you, it's clear and concise. She'll listen, and with the best of her ability, help you out with whatever you need.
You'll move into your new place, and she'll check up on you to make sure you're settled in, making sure you're making yourself at home with your new home.
Patience, punctuality, and comprehension are Nicole's finest attributes, and we couldn't find an appropriate trait she lacked for the job. We're no where near the best financial situation to be in. Although it's not the worst we've been, there were much better times for us. We only had an idea of what kind of homes we can maybe get. So even before we even began the process of purchasing a home with little of what we saved up, we were doubtful on finding something I'd be content with and being approved for it due to my personal situation but went in anyways. After going through many options, she made it happen, crazy enough. We moved into our new house on mid-June 2017. Nicole's not just a realtor, she's a friend that cares and wants to have you go through this significant part of your timeline. read more
