I am happy to write this detailed review of Dr. Kuske. Dr. Kuske has provided excellent care for every member of my family since she purchased the business from Dr. Thom. We love her, and we also love the entire team! Our daughter has scheduled her twice-yearly teeth cleanings with Camille, even though she has lived out of state, because Camille and Dr. Kuske make her feel supported, and she knows they provide the best care. In February, I fell on an uneven sidewalk, scraped my entire lip, pushed in on my front tooth, and broke an adjacent tooth. My husband drove me to Dr. Kuske's office. She immediately fit me in, explained that the broken tooth would need to be adjusted, and secured an appointment for me with an oral surgeon, Dr. East. I was sobbing the entire time, knowing that we were traveling to Australia in April and that our son's wedding was in May. After the same-day extraction, the oral surgeon attached a wire across my front teeth. We then returned to Dr. Kuske's office. She stayed late for me and fashioned a fake tooth, attaching metal braces to keep everything in place. At the follow-up appointments, Dr. Kuske was supportive and assured me that she would fashion a better-looking tooth in time for the wedding, as the implant process would take several months to complete. Dr. Kuske also explained in great detail how I should care for the appliance while traveling with the Waterpik. I am pleased to report that everything remained in place during my travels. Before the wedding, Dr. Kuske fashioned a fake tooth that looked fabulous and indistinguishable from my other teeth. I had been so scared and was relieved to see my smile once again in the photos. In addition to the excellent care, Dr. Kuske provided a letter detailing the accident and the subsequent process, as the medical insurance would cover the procedures. I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any issues with the insurance claims, and I appreciate the communication and support that Emma and Charlotte have provided in addressing my numerous questions. While this journey is not yet over--I see the oral surgeon soon to begin the implant process. Everything is healing well, and I am confident that I will continue to receive the highest standard of care. Dr. Kuske works hard to continue her education. She is always communicative about exactly what she is doing and will be doing. This superb communication calms me as a patient, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kuske and her team. read more

This review is not out of frustration as the doctor's office would have you believe, but out of a need to warn other patients that may have interest in this dentist with such a high rating in reviews. We have been patients of Dr. Kuske for at least 2-3 years now and have never had complaints from us or from the doctor in any way and all of a sudden for no legitimate reason, we recieved a letter stating that the doctor/patient relationship is being terminated. I finally got a hold of someone at the office and I was told that Dr. Kuske will not speak to me (extremely unprofessional) and that they don't have to give us a reason for this termination. And on top of it all, when I mentioned that I will be writing reviews because this is not something that should not be shared, I was disrespected and told that the conversation at that moment in time is the reason of the termination (this was a Hugh mistake from Dr Kuske's employee as she gave a reason just because she was agitated by my conversation) and I was asked to stop calling the office. It is very unfortunate to find myself writing this review, but I can only warn that you should be careful what doctor you trust and choose because on the forefront everyone puts their best foot forward until you get to know them better. I am writing this review after being a patient of Dr. Kuske since 2010. When I first met Dr. Kuske she was a dynamic, dedicated, and kind dentist. When she opened her own office, I moved with her and was happy to be able to continue my dental care with her. It pains me to write this review because she once was an excellent dentist. I drove an hour each way to continue to get dental care from Dr. Kuske when I moved. I do want to mention she is a technically competent dentist and she doesn't seem to oversell services. That is why I gave two stars instead of one. Over the past 8 years, I have seen the quality of care and the passion of Dr. Kuske disappear. Since owning her practice the amount of time you get with Dr. Kuske has decreased to seconds during a regular exam appointment. For procedures you get very little time with Dr. Kuske and she appears to operate in robotic manner with no personality or care for the wellbeing of her patient. I wanted to provide several examples of dental appointments from the past few years: I was having a dental procedure and one of the small metal pieces used to complete a procedure dropped to the floor. Dr. Kuske had a replacement part available, but she became very agitated and made her dental assistant get on her hands and knees during my visit to search for the piece that was "very expensive." It was uncomfortable to see the dentist treat a staff member that way during my appointment. There was no waiting until after my visit or understanding that things drop. I had a dental bridge break and I needed dental implants to replace the broken teeth. I was upset and had another pressing medical condition going on that day. Dr. Kuske was heartless. I asked if she could help me get into the oral surgeon This felt urgent and she told me I was lucky to get a consult that this wasn't an emergency and it is normal to have a broken teeth for 6 weeks before an oral surgeon can see you. I appreciate her office calling to get me a consult, but the experience was horrible. There was no compassion. The oral surgeon was great and heard about my upcoming surgery and was able to work me into the schedule that day. Dr. Kuske rushed me out of the office and forcibly took me into the lobby and out of the building. As I needed the dental implants, I had no teeth in the upper part of my mouth for 4 months. I asked for a temporary retainer to cover the area without teeth. The one Dr. Kuske made wasn't fitting right and I asked for it to be adjusted. Dr. Kuske told me it was the best should could do for me. She then indicated that she could scan me for another appliance that would work better. I asked about the cost and she told me not to worry about it. When I checked out at the front desk there was no quote or information about the cost. I called back the next day to find out about the timeframe of the appliance, to be told it would cost over $500. I wish Dr. Kuske or the staff told me about the cost ahead of time instead of ignoring my question. I then explained I couldn't wear the prior retainer due it not fitting and was still charged for it. I declined the more expensive device and Dr. Kuske refused to call me back when, I asked for clarification about her communication around the cost the prior day. Dr. Kuske's office still billed me for the first retainer and I had to push to have the expensive appliance removed from my bill even though it was never made. In summary, there are other dentists out there and I would encourage you to find one. The quality of her care has declined over the past 8 years. I was a long term patient and it pains me to see the decline in care. Dr. Kuske is cold and unprofessional and want to warn others so they can make an informed decision regarding their dental care. read more

My husband son and I have been going to Dr Kuske for several years. Dr Kuske is very thorough and gentle. The hygienists we see are Christina and Camille. Thye are very gentle and know exactly where our sensitive spots are and always know just how to clean those sensitive areas painlessly. Her office is very clean, modern and comfortable. The waiting room is very comfortable, almost like you are sitting in your own living room. The front desk staff are so nice and friendly. Like many others I have some anxiety with going to the dentist. I haven't been in a few years and finally got insurance and made an appointment. I was able to make an appointment online super easily. New patient forms were given to me on arrival to be filled out on a tablet. The receptionist was super nice. The hygienist Rene was great. She was clearly very experienced and easy to talk to. I appreciated her going over everything. The xrays show up on a TV in the room which I thought was cool to be able to see so easily when the technician and dentist went over a few things on the xrays with me. The dentist Dr. Kuske was so nice and explained things in a way that made sense. She made me feel very comfortable and her recommendations seemed very reasonable. Easily the most comfortable I've felt with a dentist. I need to go back in for some more work and am very happy I chose this office. Highly recommend. read more

I will never stop singing praises for Dr. Kuske and all of her staff. They were kind, courteous and absolutely compassionate. I had a broken tooth that was causing issues and a severe anxiety around dentists and dental visits. Upon being greeted at the front - she immediately told me they were aware of it and the staff were all warned. She chatted with me for a few minutes about anxiety; her own and mine. When Lynn brought me back, she was so wonderful. She told me that she was aware of my issues and asked me thoughtful and easy to answer questions. She walked me through exactly what was happening. She encouraged me, was kind, but not condescending. When Dr. Kuske arrived, we spoke for a few minutes and I was the most at ease in the dentist I had ever been. We talked about what would be best for me. She truly catered to every thing she could. I knew going in having the tooth removed was what would have to happen, she agreed. It was out in no more than 15 minutes. The numbing needle she gave me barely felt like anything. I can assure anyone who has anxiety about the dentist that this is the office for you. Go. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kuske and her team for close to a year now. My dental health had become deteriorated due to a health condition and the pandemic set me back significantly as I had to stay home. I had massive anxiety prior to seeing Dr. Kuske. Let me just say, she is one of the most compassionate, kind, easy to talk to doctors I have ever met. She is spectacular! I felt put at ease right away and my fears went away. She put together a complete game plan to get my dental health back on track. Dr. Kuske's office has the state of the art technology and she's on top of her game. She's taken amazing care of me as we are nearly fully complete with restoration. I'm on a maintenance plan doing cleanings every 3 months. The dental hygienists are incredible!! They listen and watch carefully. You will not be in pain. The team has been incredible to say the least. They have been so encouraging to my health goals. Dr. Kuske was able to save a few of my teeth, that in my opinion had I gone to another dentist, I would have been stuck getting an implant. I'm truly grateful to have found her. I have my 11 year old daughter seeing her and I'm encouraging my 74 year old mom to start her dental health journey with Dr. Kuske. Do not hesitate to see Dr. Kuske! I was extremely disappointed with the irresponsibility of this dental office. I was told that 3 of my fillings needed replaced. The timing was up to me and based on the initial estimate of $155 (my portion I would have to pay), I agreed to have the work done. During the procedure, another filling was identified as needing replaced. I agreed to have that one replaced as well. The updated estimate was $284. I mentioned that the increase seemed high given the initial estimate, but since three were already replaced, I agreed to have the fourth one replaced. Upon replacing the last filling, another updated estimate of $396 was given. I expressed my displeasure of the exorbitant increase but thought perhaps the office made an error in calculation. Come to find out that an error was made...the final bill was $808!!! It is irresponsible to provide such inaccurate information knowing that patients will be making a decision based on this information. Had I known it was going to be so expensive, I would not have had all the fillings replaced at one time. To add insult to injury, the dental office placed all the blame on the insurance company rather than themselves. Irresponsible, incompetent or dishonest...not sure which best describes them. Dr. Kuske is kind, caring, patient and absolutely genuine. I'm 38 and have extreme dental anxiety and she has worked with me to overcome that. I literally walked into the office in tears after being referred to them after a VERY traumatic dental experience with a different dentist and the entire office staff helped me through the process. They were all kind and understanding of what I had been through. Dr. Kuske has helped my dental anxiety so much so that I am choosing to go to back to her for elective procedures. Worst experience. They are total liars. They are not contracted with the insurance companies they claim to be contracted with. All they care about is money. Services here are more than average for dental care in the area. They leave it up to You to know your entire dental history after they replaced crowns that had been replaced in the last 10 years that were not broken. Then blamed me. Very friendly front office staff, the hygienist was terriffic, asking if I had any issues with my teeth and taking care to answer my questions about my teeth. I am so pleased with this dentist and dr Kuske. I just moved to the area and after looking up several dentists I called this one. The staff is so sweet. My tooth was infected and they squeezed me in on the same day. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Everyone that I talked to that works there were very friendly and warm. After my x ways Dr. Kuske explained to me what was going on, gave me options and went out of her way to find a medication that would let me continue breastfeeding.
