The report included pictures and descriptions of every item tested as well as general pictures helping to show the complete story of the state of the property. An issue was found with the shower and with this detailed support we were able to get a credit from the seller without any issues. In addition to the very detailed report Joey was very timely and flexible to meet our needs. He even cane out a second time to see if the sellers had corrected an issue. All around I would strongly recommend him and hope to have him work with us on other projects.

The second company I had to leave a voice message so I hung up. The third company I was greeted by William with a friendly voice and lots of good information! After asking a couple of questions I decided to make an appointment for him to come and inspect my home. Not only did he provide a text reminder but he was on time, nice, well spoken and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very thorough. He noticed we took our shoes off in the garage so he even took his shoes off. I found that to be extremely respectful. He emailed our insurance agent a full detailed and thorough report.
