My appt was at 10:30 am , I got there around 10:20 am and was greeted and taken to the chair right away . I wanted root coloring , a few highlights and a trim , I left the salon at 3:50 and I don't like the cut nor the color . I understand that people are new and need to learn but it was beyond ridiculous. 5 1/2 hours ?? 130.00 and for what , it's a greyish color in the front and brown in the back .
