My appt was at 10:30 am , I got there around 10:20 am and was greeted and taken to the chair right away . I wanted root coloring , a few highlights and a trim , I left the salon at 3:50 and I don't like the cut nor the color . I understand that people are new and need to learn but it was beyond ridiculous. 5 1/2 hours ?? 130.00 and for what , it's a greyish color in the front and brown in the back . Needless to say I will not be back , but I will say that the hairdresser Hope is very professional and knowledgeable and helped my hairdresser with a lot of questions read more

My haircut is awesome from this shop. I moved to this area 10 years ago. Asked to describe how I would like my hair cut, I had no idea and couldn't tell her.It has been 10 years since I have liked my haircuts. Not anymore. Thanks Nicky. read more

I have had terrible situations with many of the hair salons in my town. That's why I was skeptical…read moreof Beth's hair station. my mom went on and on about how kind Becky was and how great she was at her job. So I decided to give Becky a chance. when I first entered the salon it was packed and Becky told me to take a seat and she'd be right with me. she finished the lady's hair she was working in and started working with me. She was very kind and she filled the room with positive energy. She washed my hair and massaged my head. It felt amazing and the shampoo smelled great. She dried my hair with a towel and she asked me how i wanted my hair cut. I said i wanted it cut short with bangs. A pretty simple request that has been denied from me by other stylists in the past. I have wanted bangs my entire life, but my family and stylists have always said they wouldn't look good with my face shape. I didn't care i wanted them and Becky accepted and cut side swept bangs that worked well with my face shape. This is the best experience i have ever had at a salon and the only one i will go to from now on.
