If you want it fixed right take your RV to Nicks. I have used them on several things and not had any issues they go above and beyond.

Overpriced and shoddy work. This is a 1 star combo plate…read more I got my first RV (not from them) to see if I liked it. I wanted them to do a once over on everything to make sure it was serviceable and flush out tanks. I later found the gray water tank hadn't been touched/tested. They said they tried to fill the propane and it leaked. They said they didn't fix those those. Turns out the propane is still in the tank months later as I use it very little. I can only guess that they mistook the relief valve for a leak(?). I understand that there is not as much money in service vs sales of a new RV. However, a job worth doing is worth doing well. They also don't realize that Someone looking to upgrade to a larger RV remembers the shoddy work. For truth in advertising, I think the "Shady" should be underlined or somehow emphasized in the name.

We are staying at the RV Park right next door to the RV Center and we discovered that our gray tank…read morewould not empty. Late on Tuesday I went over there to see if someone could take a look at it on Wednesday. They said that they were booked solid Wednesday since it was the day before Thanksgiving and they would be closed the entire weekend. Never-the-less a technician drove over to take a quick look and said that he might be able to squeeze me in so I didn't have to deal with it for the entire long weekend. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on Wednesday, but they fixed the problem in only 1/2 hour!! We can now enjoy the long Thanksgiving weekend. THANK YOU!!!!

After the service in May, we noticed our speakers that were working now are not working. While looking at our speakers to figure out the issue we noticed that the speakers were holding gallons of water. The water just kept pouring out of the speakers. We just ordered new speakers from your parts department out of our pockets. $563! No one took responsibility in your department or apologized. We will not be back to buy or service there. It is continuous problems with the boat and the service department.

Brought our RV in, many of the repairs were addressed over a 4 month period but it's obvious there is no pride taken in the work.... 1. they replaced a node in cargo bay and only screwed in 2 of the 4 screws. 2. Door on fence that surrounds back ramp is cock-eyed and must be forced closed/opened. They told us "that's normal." with no attempt to fix it. 3. Replaced the ramp screen doors but forgot to put the glass back in (lucky we noticed) during walk thru. (also lucky Kristy told the techs to put our old doors, with the glass, to the side "just in case"). 4. They pulled off the T-molding on one of the slides and repositioned it but the caulking job was the worst I've seen ever. Gaps and holes, a 2 year old could do better. I would be embarrassed to show it off as something I did. 5. Front cap was scratched and cracked by Gregg Orr staff when they moved it (we assume). The "repair job" was horrible. It's an area that was obviously taped off and looks like it was spray painted over. No sanding was done to even attempt to blend in the lines. You can see the edges of where it was taped off. The paint doesn't even match well. It actually just looks like a piece of black tape was just slapped on. We are getting used to these dealerships giving us our RV back in these conditions but wanted to make a note of it.
