I know that sounds odd but from their office staff to their field men everyone is so kind, respectful, and honest. I am completely blown away with Art and his staff and everything they did to protect my family, help me in a pinch, and be willing to go into battle for me if needed. I am a Foster Mom and we ran into a small issue that threatened our current licensing situation; Art went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was handled quickly, efficiently, and was willing to speak on my behalf. WHAT A BLESSING! I must say that Art and his team are always honest and I never question what they are telling me about my water; he even went as far as explaining the science behind his job - it is so neat! Please do yourself a favor and look no further than Culligan for your water needs. I will forever be grateful for the relationship I have established with him and his team. Oh, and I HAVE to mention, the ladies working the front office are GOLD! They are so nice to talk to (and trust me I was a bit annoying at times I am sure)! They treated me like family and I will forever be a customer!

What's worse is they were rude and disrespectful multiple times throughout our efforts to resolve the mess they made of our property. They let concrete splatter all over our new roof, the sidewalks, and the entryway. When they had an opportunity to clean it up they tried to blame us, the owners, because we needed to withhold payment to resolve their issue. Horrible experience with no accountability whatsoever. The fireplace insert was installed crooked and isn't secure. They didn't even wire the blower fan to work properly. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes! Absolutely horrendous experience! Do not hire.

UPDATED REVIEW: As I said before, 'thoroughly review the…read morework contract' with this guy. On the phone, I asked for a "total cost" of the job...total cost means TOTAL, as in no other charges will be added. So, he quoted something over $7000 as the total, and since we had already discussed the job, I simply signed the contract. AFTER signing the contract, I found out there was a separate charge to flush the lines to the tune of $975. Just flushing water thru the lines...$975, and he isnt even paying the water bill. The camera charge of $325 simply to view my sewer lines...is it a golden camera? And the cost to dig up the basement and install a fiberglass inner pipe to the cracked older pipe of $7025 So, the total was in reality $8325. Then he held onto my checks for over a month. Close to two months. I texted him to cash the checks or the money was going back to my savings. So, of course two weeks after my text, he tries to cash the checks, resulting in an ISF for the $7025. He "just texted me," demanding i write a 'new check' for another check for $7025 or he will see his attorney, as a matter of a fact, I think I'll see mine. But thats pretty damn slick, that would be $14050 if I actually wrote a second check for $7025 If a check comes back ISF, the bank will run that check again (redeposit it), that is common practice. Redeposit the check Clyde...you aint getting paid twice. And, as I said, your experience with this guy is irrelevant to my experience. Companies often see an easy mark in older women, who are single and have no male presence in the house....so if he was good with you, that has zero to do with my experience. women beware.

Did an initial good job on the house. Things then started to go downhill. Then her skills started to lacks as she forgot to sweep in certain areas and I didn't notice until after the fact so basically I paid myself to clean. She is extremely difficult to get a hold of. She doesn't answer her phone and I had to text her several times for her to respond back to me. I had to reschedule three times due to family issues. I admit that was a fault of my own but she could have given me the decency to respond back to me after the first initial attempts of me reaching out to her. When she did respond it was later in the evening and one time it took her two days to respond to me and even then I had to make the first attempt. She was very abrupt and rude to me when I finally got in touch with her and that was today. She was lovely to me in person but her texts were the exact opposite. In the beginning of her tenure with me she asked me to give her a good review on her Facebook page which I did but now I regret the good report. She has lackluster management skills to say the least. Listen I'm not perfect in this scenario I recognize that, but she was unprofessional and frankly I'm upset with how I was treated.
