I moved away for a few years and tried seeing other foot doctors, but the results were just not the same. Dr. Maleski is attentive, thorough and honest. The frankness displayed in the explaination of his diagnoses and treatment options prove that he is looking out for your best interest. He doesn't make you run through expensive, ineffective treatments, but instead provides a fair assessment of all the options available to you. Great guy. If there's a negative, it's his dual office locations (Cranberry and Arnold.)

As this was my first visit, I thought it was made clear that my coverage was in network. What I didn't like was the demeanor of the receptionist when I was asked to fill out the insurance forms. I had certain questions about some forms but to be told flat out that it wasn't her responsibility to answer my questions was completely disgusting and unprofessional. So I couldn't move forward and had to cancel my appointment that I booked months in advance and booked the day off from work. I would like the receptionist to contact me and issue me a full apology. I understand there are rules and protocols and each clinic is different, but at the very least I deserved to be treated like a human being with dignity and respect. As such, I do not recommend this place of business to anyone seeking out podiatry care.
