We went to the Swatch store in Frankfurt and I couldn't believe it when I saw a line outside the store. We're waiting for our turn to go in, and I find out that the line is for some special edition Omega x Swatch that is all the rage. I didn't want this one so I could have just gone in. A horrible experience. I always thought that in high end luxury stores the services must be…read moreextraordinary, this is not the case in this store where today July 17, 2023 I had the worst treatment in a store. the first thing when I tried to enter in the store, an employee looked at me and it took about 1 minute before he analyzed me and decided that I deserved to enter the store, then once I entered the store, a terrible employee came to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I am interested in buying a rolex watch for my mother, a not very popular model, a model that cannot be resold to earn more money. I showed him that I found the watch on their website and that it is in their store in Frankfurt when the employee told me without checking the computer or asking anyone else that they didn't have the watch and before I could ask him anything else he said goodbye and turned his back on me. 30 minutes after I left the store, I couldn't believe what happened. There's no way, I think it's impossible to behave like that with a customer who wants to buy a watch worth almost 12 thousand euros. This is the most horrible store I have ever entered in all my 33 years.
